Apart from a couple of mentions sneeringly about Judge Strickland and Mr Nejame, I thought Bozo was going to get though the whole thing without shooting himself in the foot. I was wrong, he then decided it was about time to correct the judge on his pronunciation of one of his duh!fense cronies name.

This man has to have the last word and he is not able to just leave any scene without taking a potshot at someone, I guess he feels it makes him look in control. Alienate the Judge why don't you...go shoot yourself in the other foot...oh! wait you already did that!

And not a good move to alienate this judge

FY2011 State Budget

Florida is in the midst of determining its budget for FY2011 and the Florida State Legislature is struggling to plug a revenue shortfall of $3.2 billion and agree on a budget by the deadline of April 30, 2010, when it must go to Gov. Charlie Crist.[1] By a 74-44 vote along party lines, the Florida House sent its budget plan to the Senate on April 1, 2010.[1] As of April 25, 2010, five days from the adjournment deadline, the two chambers remained divided over major issues, including a House proposal to cut state worker payroll costs by 3 percent because state employees' base pay has not increased in four years.[2]
The House budget is bolstered by $2.4 billion in federal stimulus money, one third of which is allocated to public schools, but the House budget lowers per-pupil public school spending by less than 1 percent — the first such decrease in five years.[1]

Casey Anthony: No-nonsense Judge Belvin Perry wows reporters

Chief Judge Belvin Perry won favorable reviews for the way he guided a hearing this morning in the Casey Anthony case.

On WKMG, Pipitone said that Perry “made clear one way or another the actual trial will be held here in Orange County” and that the jury will be selected elsewhere for a six- to nine-week trial starting in May 2011. And the public may not know which county the jury will come from until days before the trial begins, Pipitone said.


WFTV’s Jones noted that when Perry brought up the possible change of venue, Cindy Anthony smiled. Jones said that Perry “made it clear that it clear he prefers to bring them [the jurors] in from another county and keep the trial here in his courtroom because it will be too expensive and inconvenient to house both legal teams and hundreds of witnesses someplace else for two months.”

Did you all get the feeling the defense really thought they could just pick where they wanted the trail to be?  And when ask about sequestering the jurors that the defense didn't want that. Why not? With all their whining about the media and us nasty bloggers calling them names etc. Why wouldn't you want the jurors to be sequestered as not to be subjected to all that.  All they complaining about the media coverage of Case, they are the ones going TV shows, talking to the media every chance they get about the case.  I got the feeling the judge is going to keep it there in Orange Country rather than Miami where Baez and team what it. IMO The only reason there is it's a more liberal area than central Florida.

I don't know anything about 7 " I have Vista" - yet I know when my " Flash is not working" Videos will not play. I have to either reload Flash or download flash.

LOL  Cindy says court was much more respectful today with Judge Perry!   She has no idea what respect means.  She was one who showed the most disrespect in SS's courtroom.  Surprisingly.....These people can keep on turning my stomach.

If someone wrote something about me like Casey wrote about her dad and brother, I wouldn't show my face whether true or not, I would be too ashamed. Actually he looked rather angry every time the camera showed him.
