Casey Anthony's defense team filed a motion Friday to block to the release of jail visiting log records from the public.

The defense claims in the motion that "the media is constantly aware of any visits that the Defendant has." They also claim that the visits reveal the identity of any expert witnesses that may visit Casey in the jail.

Their concern is the "ability to maintain confidentiality of these visits prohibits them from being able to properly prepare her case for trial."

Slore was doing her thing, playing with her hair, fixing her shirt ..all in face of the courtroom.
Smiles for BOBO - giggles - all is Well ....

Something clicked " OFF" with her when Judge Perry entered the room - to turn her into stone.
She was always one that had issues with Authority ..unfortunately I don't think she knows what Authority really means/meant until today.
Her reality was sweet,  quick and became painfully personal during these few short moments in the court this am ~ Priceless.. 
 

 

thanks Deenie........I noticed ..the smiles, flipping the hair, pulling her shirt and fidgeting and then she stopped, watched and listened...I didn't even see her pick up the pen and doodle or what ever it is she does usually....I think she is pretending she is a major part of the legal defense team..........not the defendant

She actually is a major part of the defense team....she is their golden goose..guess to keep the gg happy they let her hold the mike button and doodle on legal pads   lol

ITA - Casey does not seem to acknowledge " EVER " that she is the reason Why all parties are present ..she is so OUT there  - Yet she is not Mentally Ill - she is trained from day one by her own conditioning.  She can escape within a heart beat and fall into her dream world - Anyone that " could possibly be" IN JAIL all this time and Only think about  Boys, Toys, RV's and New BFF's ... Who does not acknowledge to anyone - let alone herself. That Caylee is was her Daughter and she is Dead.  she is not fooling anyone.
All her Letters show " She lives in Conscience World" its just not present - She is from the Date of June 16, 2008 - DREAMING about her NEW Life. She is that self indulgent that she is still Living the DREAM. And she believes in her tiny little Mind that Its still feasible.  Caylee or no Caylee she is on a mission. She is a cold, heartless, wrench of a Human Being. She even states in her letters - She is planning on Changing her Looks/hair/eye color with contacts/creating a new name - first and last. When she gets out - She wrote in her letters people will walk up to me and ask - " IS that Casey Anthony" And she said I will Laugh ..as I  keep on walking.  This B is not Crazy she is Sly as a Fox. I Loathe Her - as All do.
 

Deenie,I so agree with you.Sly like a Fox.
She acts like she is zoning out,but I think she is fantasizing about the evil she would like to perpetrate on anyone or thing that gets in her way.
She was nervous today,but if given the opportunity I think she would have peeled the skin off of a couple of faces.
Today was a wake up call,she's been put on notice.
It's not Casey's world,and if she fries for Caylee's murder it will be well deserved.IMO

I can't recall if it was you or another that said while the court was in session on live feed - that Casey was giving Judge Perry " The Eye " of death -
Now that I saw the " jump" video that I put out for everyone here - I get it. Because she went from her " Moxie I am ~ playing with her hair/all smiles " - to Utter Stone Face/body - NO emotions/no movement within her body> Solid as you could not even see if she was breathing. How can anyone flip like that within the circumstances ?  Someone that has had controlled their emotions for a very very long time - could do it. Casey I believe is the " baby control freak " born of the Ants. Perfect Hair, clothes, identity * we are PERFECT in our World WE created. What is astonishing is that NONE of the Ants have Empathy for anyone but their clutch of perfection - CA/GA/LA/CA - They are their own little planet and they feast off each other ~ abuse/use/smother/guilt/drill/injure/kill - and yet they still Stand as one Family Unit. Now that Casey is on the outside looking in - with all her training - she is giving the kiss off to her Mother/Father because - she has them Under the Bus in her eyes within the trial. They mean squat to her. They are pawns to her. ( not to mention the vile hate she has for Cindy ) She feels with all the damage they have created within Media etc is to her advantage. Again Casey looking towards her SELF/Freedom. NOT one look back - Or One feeling Of Caylee - at this point I don't believe Caylee even exists in Casey's mind. This is WAR on her Parents.  And she likes it ..she truly Likes it. She is in Control. In her mind. Sad sick and twisted ... She feels she is ONE up on Mother and Father. Caylee is a diversion in Casey's mind. She serves no purpose at all. All Casey's Wants is What's she is getting - 100 percent Attention. Good bad or ugly.

Hmmm...wonder who they're trying to get in there?  Maybe they don't like that ppl. put together when she signs things such as the motions, they're used to doing things in a shady way, puts a cramp in their style?

so who.............perhaps a psychiatrist, or a psychologist?  The mitigation specialist has spent a whole lot of time with KC.....but the only psych evaluations that I am aware of are through the court/jail.............so are they changing their DUHfence from the nanny did it to KC did it but she was nuts

Seriously, I think they are going to claim it was an accident and KC was so afraid of her parents (mitigating circumstances) that everything she did can be explained by her fear which stems from..........abuse, mental and sexual...........

OMG, even at worse times with two teen girls it was nothing like that, what a ridiculous thing to say. They are all living on a parallel universe. 

Now, don't make me bring out the TARDIS. The Doctor gets very insulted when one of his universes is threatened with the presence of the Ants. Maybe a one-way trip????

Here are a few more tidbits from a poster at WS who was there at the hearing this morning.         
Casey's hair is very long now. She's more petite than I thought, I always imagined her to be a bit bigger than me from the pictures but I suppose the camera does add weight.

Cindy turned to the woman on her right and gave her a "look" when Jose referred to "new science" - air samples. I wondered what that look meant, and more so who the lady was.

Some lady with curly strawberry blond hair was sitting in front of Cindy. At one point her head was ducked and a deputy in the courtroom leaned over to say something to her. I didn't hear what was said though.

Cindy kept playing with her fingers - I guess she couldn't chew gum anymore? George looked as if he'd dyed the tops of his eyebrows. His shirt sure was...bright.

Conway arrived well before Cindy & George, though I thought they all rode together. There were two other ladies with brunette short hair sitting on the defense side as well, I had never seen them before - anyone know who they are? One very petite lady (I am assuming she was a journalist) was sitting on the defense side and her and I were in the elevator together on the way down. (I waited because I didn't want to get in the elevator with the A's or any of the media..) Not sure who she was but she was very nice, she wished me good luck on my baby as I exited the elevator and that made my day. Haha.

I was surprised at Baez actually using the phrase "Your Honor" though he didn't say it all the time.

Where I was sitting, though a few rows back, I was pretty much directly behind Casey. Never saw her turn around once. To me, that just says something is up..because she only gets such limited chances to see her parents - you'd think she'd at least smile at them.

yep you are both right............they met the Coxes at one of the vigils......and musta latched onto them right away......evidently the Coxes are very well respected in the community....in fact, I was told they were responsible for the 'memorial' to be held at their church

I had doubts a change of venue with JS would be granted, now it appears that CHBP is inclined to pool the jury from other districts & keep it in Orlando...the defense wants to talk about cost, well that cuts both ways. 

George & CinCin do not even know that you only say "yes ma'am [ or no sir ], etc. " to those who could be old enough to be your parent!!!!    That really is so sadly ignorant.

Good ideas SUNNY.  Wasn't there talk a while ago about Post Traumatic Syndrome possibly being used?  I think that's ridiculous because she has never exhibited behaviors in the aftermath of the "trauma" that is consistent with that. I used to know some facts about it but it's been over a couple of weeks ago which is my max capacity for recall (lol)
If they could get some pro in there to give her instructions on what things she should be doing to play it out....I dunno

CeCe I am humbled as well - I have made my share of posts here on SM ..
Feeling omg I said too much or rambled too long. I shutter to find the day- that Klaas will email me-with a What the ?  lol ...eeek.  Its a very emotional site here at times. We all have our weakness and breakdowns.  Like you say - We are among each other. And can count on each other.    I think the majority of the Senior Monkeys have seen everything good bad and off the wall within posts ..to know who is who etc.
