I will have to review the video. It was right at the end when " the Steam started clearing" and Judge Perry was a bit relaxed ... JAR was speaking of Pro Bono/Travel reimbursement - and Mason was chittering away ..about his Travel. Someone piped up to clarify and said there is 8 members of counsel representing Casey Anthony ... I think it was Mason. I know I would remember if it was BoBo sheets though after all said and done maybe it was BoBo.
 ** I liked how Mason slid in ... " I Am Old too" he always makes remarks of his lack of hearing ..that he is so old. I call BS. He is trying to establish himself in the court as the worn out unpaid salty Dog..I am here 2nd chair...don't Mind Me. Wait till this goes full tilt - I bet no one will be able to shut him up. And he will Hear Clear as the Bells Ring on Sunday Morning.

Ya know I can't decide on CM, he might be siiting there like a stump and will rise up and play his good ol boy routine one day but honestly i wonder if there's not a power struggle going on and Bozo is being a stubborn mule not wanting to let go of the limelight.  It's hard to tell. this is just preliminary stuff but important, why have your most stupid team member establishing the groundwork?  It's plain to see bozo was miffed today, musta thought he was going to come blasting out of the doors a winner instead a weener.  Probably wouldn't have mattered who argued the motions but still........  he's been telling himself he's a legend for so long he believes it and may not want to give up that numero uno chair.  What was up with that bandage on Jars face ?

I wonder who is paying BOZO. I can't believe he is doing this pro bono, when I look at his cases they are mostly small time stuff which doesn't equal a lot of money (however according to Hornsby he has raised his fees considerably since he got FAMOUS) let me get my tongue out of my cheek!   and to the best of my recollection I can't remember him ever stating he was working pro bono. Also who is paying her lawyer in ZFG's case...Kassen (sic)

I don't care what they say ... I still think there is some under the radar dealing.  How in the world is he paying his personal expenses and his office expenses when working on this case 24/7 for two years with hardly any pay?  I don't know what his wife does - but I wouldn't think she'd be financially supporting the home and his law office this whole time out of her own pocket.

I am thinking it will all come out later, but I believe there were a LOT more backroom deals made which are under the radar right now.  I am sure this judge is going to be investigating all their assets before this is over. Just the complaints filed with the state bar will bring out his accounting before this is over.

I watched Mason today look at BOZO with what seemed like pure disgust a few times. That man knows BOZO is just in this for the fame and money. It is so obvious from his demeanor when he watches BOZO.  

Mason is just biding his time until he can pull off some type of plea deal. That is his plan, as you can tell. He does not take notes, and does not question anything.

I did write down at 32:21 - Judge Perry saying " Mr. Bah YICE " instead of Bahyez.  Very noticeable bec there is a pause in court before and after he says it ..
Omg I loved that. At 34:22  Judge Perry questions Bobo and asks for confirmation - Mason is Pro Bono correct? Bobo says Yes.. within a second Mason says back outloud flippant " Old Too". 
These little snarkys are not going to fly very long I don't think. Bobo with his "my 5.00 an Hour wages - set in tone to Judge Perry, as if he is being taken advantage of somehow by the State of Florida " and the last time Bobo correcting Judge Perry on how to say LYON instead of Lyons.. gag that man with a gavel. I can't wait to see Judge Perry throw down.

It is very confusing that Mason is allowing Bobo to set the stage so to say, being that he has no experience in a capital case.. How Long will he allow it? I think when Lyonase hits the chambers " Its going to be the fight of the fittest within the Duhfense team " and Bobo is going to lose. He will be the one holding Casey's shoulders or hands..whispering sweet legal jargon into her ear. That is IF SHE Shows UP ... She should stop worrying about her clothes, face, hair and ppls glances and glares ... and start thinking about WHY she is there. OR WHO PUT HER Here in today's present world - " Herself".  So Be IT. Suck it up. 

Caylee didn't have a voice or choice of her life nor her Death. Yet she had the DREAM TEAM Anthony's Perfect Beaver Cleaver Family from OHIO rebuilding their Lives in the Great State of Florida. Caylee's core family who in a normal family would have fought tooth and nail for her safety, security, welfare etc...knowing Casey was putting her in danger. But they never stepped up. They worried about if she was bathed 6 times a day and had on perfect clothes and that she was to do as she was told on command " SMILE for the CAMERA " ..

Casey: Her Parents and her Dufense Team are not too far apart from each other -Each and All who represent Casey *only* care about their publicity and their gains...
Also to make sure they put on a good LOVING Show for everyone ... that they are concerned for Casey's welfare. NOT. The truth is Casey is not even part of this any more than Caylee is. Its all about what comes after she show is over. After the trial is done ... $$$$$$. Everyone is gearing up for that " Pay off". They all so feel they deserve.
 Casey isn't Karma a Bit@h. She is so thickheaded though she does not realize what is going on around her. She looks out of her demented brain to the outside world as if she playing the Role of a lifetime. She is finally Center Stage. Well... soon she will be alone in a permanent Cage. And I bet her Mommy and Daddy do not offer her a dime to her Cheeto/Hand lotion fund.  They will go buy an RV and travel the USA as " Missionaries" Saving lost Souls who need to be Found. For a small fee of course.  They will venture into small towns where they won't be known and live off more victims ... that's what cockroaches do. Survive.

Turbo hit it on the head in her Post - Mason was giving Baez some hefty dirty looks today. I posted while the hearing was ongoing that Mason did a EYE Roll bigger than Godzilla when Baez was speaking ..I can't recall which part of the hearing it was. When Mason was within the camera range I was trying to pay attention to his body language. He did a lot of turning his head to the right ...the Wall.  I think it was out of pure WTH? is he thinking meaning Baez running his mouth in circles.

Hey ya everyone, tonight Im posting from our hotel in Roanoke, VA on my new laptop.   Im checking in and read only WFTV's article so far including the new defense's motion basically to reconsider how Judge Strickland ruled on their motions so far...man they have some nerve & the wording was unnecessarily insulting & inflammatory.   I do not see how this approach is going to have them in good graces nor does it establish sufficient legal argument.  I think CJBP is going to get rather fed up with this approach & behavior.

I see that Casey doesnt want to bother coming to court - too bad so sad.  Honestly, I'm amazed how moronic her defense team is to even bring that up again.   On one side of their mouth they are screaming foul that her constitutional rights are getting infringed & then they act as advocates to excuse her from her murder pretrial hearings, what because her extremely busy day pacing the jail cell is being interrupted, she'll miss her Dorito deliver...are you kidding me!   How do they think the majority of the public perceives her indifferent attitude, speaking as one I see it as she is not taking the fact that she is facing the DP seriously at all & appears to know the outcome already despite her defense attempts to change that inevitable outcome.

OK, more later Im gonna listen to as much of the hearing as I can, I'm looking forward to seeing for myself how everyone appeared today.  Not sure I'll get a chance to post again tonight as I have to get some rest & back on the road arriving in Jersey early afternoon.  We're going to AC tomorrow for dinner & a casino evening.

We all know the students of LYON are not just researching " the Case" they are writing and compiling. They too are another Bunch who feel rightfully deserving of something ..for their efforts on the case. Everyone wants their slice of the Pie. At this point anything is possible.

ORLANDO -- How Casey Anthony's defense spends public money will stay public.

Judge Belvin Perry denied a request from Anthony's attorneys to seal all records related to the public funding of her defense.

This was just one headliner from Thursday's hearing.

After the decision to keep public money public, it was, as Judge Perry called it, a battle of the experts, of which experts will be allowed to stay on the case.
Because Anthony has been found indigent, the state will pick up the tab for expert witnesses, and those who are out of state are much more expensive.

This means travel expenses, hotel rooms and maybe rental cars.

Perry asked questions like “Can you use an in-state expert?” “Can you use Skype so they don't have to travel?" "If you found someone closer, what does that do to your case?”

Jose Baez also asked to buy two Pontiac Sunbirds, just like the one that belonged to Anthony.

They wanted to run tests like the state did, where scientists said there are signs of human decomposition in the trunk.

The judge said no way to the $6,000 price tag.

“Since the issues of the novel science, what other alternative types of science there are to do these types experiments I think it's going to become necessary,” Baez said.

"You don't have unfethered access to run and every and any test at taxpayers’ expense. So that request will be denied without prejudice,” Perry said.

The defense can hold a separate hearing later discussing the cars again.

Meanwhile, everyone will be back in court Monday and Tuesday to argue all the outstanding motions in this case.

I have some thoughts I'd like to share.  I watched this hearing yesterday on In Session (not live, but the recaps).  They included footage from the Mar 18 indigency hearing when all the attorney's for the defense testified that they don't have any movie/book/licensing deals.

I remember when watching that hearing live back in March, wondering why no one had the foresight to mention in that courtroom that George and Cindy Anthony had trademarked the name Caylee Marie Anthony.  That it is THEM who "own" the rights to anything Caylee.  Remember when they did that?  Before her body was found.

Why did no one - not the Judge, not the JAC, and not the State - ask if the Anthony family had any deals in the works?

For heaven's sake - that bald Jim guy that works for........it's either Good Morning America or the Today Show..can't remember which - is in the courtroom for every single hearing, with G&C.  He was even there for yesterday's hearing, with some blonde woman taking notes next to him.

Why has no one asked about what future monies are in store for the Anthony's because of any media/publishing deal they've made?

I know some of you Monkey's have a direct line to Kathi Belich, and I just thought this might be worth following up on - now that Florida taxpayers have to foot the bill for this defense.

We know that the Anthony's have put every last dime they have (and have been paid) into that defense fund.  Their house wouldn't be in foreclosure if they had been using their money for themselves.  So why were THEY not required to testify at the indigency hearing?
