Recall how Misty Croslin had raised some eyebrows when she revealed under hypnosis that she had remembered a dream like state that involved 4 shadowy people the very night that Haleigh had vanished.
According to Leonard Padilla on Nancy Grace last night Timmy’s wife in Massachusetts told him that Misty had revealed to her that Cousin Joe was one of these shadowy figures.
Tj Hart, news director of WSKY FM 97.3 in Gainsville, Florida is alleged to have reported that:

    “Joe Overstreet had used a brick to prop open the door during previous break-ins.”

Further, just prior to Haleigh’s disappearance Cousin Joe supposedly had a fight with Ronald Cummings over a stolen gun. That gun turned up in a ditch. Joe was rumored to have threatened revenge after the fight was over. Art Harris has reported that Joe Overstreet had borrowed the blue van from Misty’s sister-in-law the night that Haleigh went messing, had moved the car keys, and allegedly returned it with a scratch on the side.

I agree and the person that tweeted this is one of TN's 15 that follow each other, I hope TC is in protective custody and not in GP FYI, TN's twitter if Haleighsmyheart aka Whowantstoknow? They are locked, but you can see her followers etc.

Capp and Everyone - listening to the 911 tape " The Initial 911 tape" compare the voices of slingshot Misty with her voices that she uses within her Jail video's phone conversations.

She is using the same voice of weary I am victim -to her Grandmother, her Dad, her Mom.
She has several different tones of voice within her personality. I noticed that first thing - listening to her jail phone calls. Depending on what she is trying gain and who she is speaking with .. she is either weary little girl helpless, cant fight my way out of a wet paper bag or just opposite.  Her voice in the First 911 Call - compare it to something "really serious to Her" her freedom. Misty's Voice from Jail. The first few seconds is the real Misty crying. Her real tears are in this video. Not like the fake ones she had for Haleigh.

You should hear the other 911 call from her when she was robbed while buying drugs, she is hysterical and so different from the other 911 call, she even wants an ambulance...........ths difference if glaring

Island I heard that video/audio of her "Misty" flipping out. That she was hurt etc. She hit her knees on the ground yadda...
Misty is not the typical girl of her age group. She was jerked up through life and has become very savvy because of her upbringing. She to me is a victim in a way. Do I feel sorry for her. No. I don't. Because she is smarter than the average bear. I think she has been taught very well on how to lie cheat and steal - her portrayals she has offered the public on TV is quite the opposite of what she truly is, and she knows. *because she worked it on TV.  She has wanted to be seen as this innocent young girl who was involved with Ronald. Which leads to confusion for many, due to her age, her relationship with Ron ( him being older). She may not have a High School diploma/education but if you dropped her in any city " alone" I bet my last nickle that she would have no problems surviving. I think she could actually outlive Ronald on the street.
Look her family..omg Her mother being arrested for stealing a woman's purse in a Walmart....
The only reason why her Mom fell hard on that charge was because she was caught. I can't even imagine what else her Mom/Dad/Brothers/Cousins have done in the past " That is considered their Families Normal behavior". It's only when they are " caught" that the chips fall. Otherwise its free reign to take advantage of society for these people ~ That's all they know. From day one all I keep hearing in my head when I think of all these people is Dueling Banjo's. Her Mother looks like she was raised in Tennessee on Meth Mountain.
If Misty stays in jail for the time being, *drug charges* maybe she will be the first and the only women in her family to keep her teeth.

Hello Monkeys, there's another "theory", for I hate to call it a story....going around Satsuma, someone told me this "theory" once before months ago and then I heard it again  the past week...Im starting to think we will never know the truth if we have to wait on Misty and Tommy to tell it and if they and cousin Joe were the only ones around when HaLeigh got killed then I just dont know how LE will ever figure it out. poor HaLeigh.

Miki Monkey what is a Wiccan exactly, all I saw on some of these tweets backgrounds were witch things, so I assumed that is what they are or think they are.

I wouldn't read too much into 3 being Wiccan, it is very popular to claim to be Wiccan without having the faintest idea of what it really means. It's essentially an earth based religion that believes in doing harm to none and that any good or bad thought or deed will return to the sender times 3. In fact its it is defined by its code An ye do harm to none. It has been hijacked by popular culture and has been somewhat demonized.

I agree with your post...Misty really surprised me when she was in the airport with Donna Brock when they were headed to NYC..she actually acted like she had some sense in that interview...Misty is a product of her environment...and to me this case has made me step back and be thankful I was not raised by parents such as hers.
