Tommy says that Joe did it.....Misty says that Tommy was in on it too.....I remember in the begining MC was trying to blame Joe and she said that if Joe was involved that Tommy was too because that Joe did not know his way around Satsuma....but Joe used to visit Croslins at the residence?
