In a November interview with First Coast News, Cummings stood by Croslin, who was his wife then. During the interview, she claimed she did not know what happened to Haleigh.

So is Cummings angry with her now? Shoemaker said no.

"There's not anger. There's disappointment that she didn't feel she could come forward and tell him what may have happened that night -- if she in fact knew," Shoemaker said.   

I almost fell off my chair when I heard that stmt from Shoey LMAO....

I also remembered the tapes Cobra had where Ron was talking about Joe stealing his gun, he was mad as he77 and even talked about how he would crush his hands so he could never use them again, and walk away with a lighter sentence than if he cut them off So, I'd expect  more than "disappointment" over my child's death than a gun

maybe Wyks...and maybe the LE has told Ron more than we Know or have heard and that is why he didn't look upset or worried when he came out of jail (?) when LE told the family that Haleigh is most likely dead or whatever they told him???  could it be that Ron is in on all of this trying to get Misty and her family to talk? who knows with this bunch...something is just not adding up for me on all of this...can't quite put my finger on what it is...but something has me scratching my head....

Am I the only one wondering why Shoemaker is coming forth with all of this stuff right now concerning Ron?

Almost like he is trying to defend him when he has not been charged with anything related to the case...yet.

If I may... if I might.. and I so wish you could hear my voice say these words.

Typing words on the internet leaves sooooo much out. The inflection, the true meaning and of course; the real intent. We try to make it all happen with a few simple keystrokes. But the real intent is sometimes missing and some may get it and others may not. Sometimes we develop a close relationship and we talk on he phone and sometimes we're able to develop and closeness that transcends these cases. Different words mean different things to many people. Most of us know that. And others are learning.

I caution all to not read too much into what is typed by bloggers, posters, admins, site owners, and even me.

Typed words only go so far, just as a body language specialist, just as any of the investigative techniques that we all follow - it's a conglomeration of all that allows our opinion.

Personally, I had to remember that. A case as twisted and whacked as this leaves you wondering and possibly sleepless. Dreams wake you and you may even think you saw in a dream what truly happened.

I am only saying these things because I see so many wondering and wishing for a quick and easy conclusion. And I'm right there with you. I really am.

We should be so lucky to see all of the cases we follow have the police identify POIs. We really should. This is a good thing and I know that we all want a conclusion yesterday.

I typed this all out for those of you that love this little girl named Haleigh. I really did. And I know how heart breaking it is to wish for justice for someone you have come to love.

Someone you would have adopted had been asked. Believe me - I know.

You're all terrific and tremendous people and any young person would be blessed to have you as a mentor.

Hang in there a little longer and I believe that Haleigh's justice is around the corner and the police and DA know what they are doing.

Cobra said on Simon's show that Misty and Tommy have been having sex for years    First, how in the world would he know such a thing, and second, why is he saying that on a radio show? He better have proof to say such things.

Teresa said Misty was on the "top of list", it must be the Whoopie list. 

Sick part is I wouldn't doubt if that is what was happening 

MC made whoopie (allegedly) at the "Brothel", whoopie with WBG, I guess she needed to manipulate her sibling with her skills.

TC & MC have very dark side to their souls, these people need a priest to scare "Satin" out of them and 12 step program.

Like Croslin, Cummings is in jail on un-related drug charges. The two are accused of prescription drug trafficking.

Months ago, Cummings' mother said he may have done those crimes to get close to Misty after the divorce, in order to learn what happened to Haleigh.

This weekend, Cummings' attorney shed new light on the relationship.

"The police always said, 'If you divorce Misty, we'll find something out. She'll crack.' They've told him, 'If Misty got in trouble, in jail, we could probably get her to crack,'" Shoemaker said.

Wait!  wait, wait wait! 

LE supposedly tells Ron she'll crack if he divorces her.  Well, they got a divorce.  She didn't spill anything about Haleigh. 

LE supposedly tells Ron she'll probably crack if she gets into trouble.  Ron and Misty, and others, get busted for drugs/trafficking etc. 

Was the whole drug/trafficking thing setting up Misty (by LE and Ron as well) to get her to spill what she knew about Haleigh?  I mean... could Ron have been 'in on it with LE' from the start, double-agent kind of thing, setting up Misty to get her into trouble so she would land in jail...... ? 

 

And if so..... couldn't Misty's attorney just come back at some point in her defense, saying that LE and Ron used coersion (or whatever the term is for trickery) in getting Misty to talk, and have BOTH cases tossed out? 
 

I've thought of this scenario as well. It's a possibility, but I think Ron is involved somehow with Haleigh's disappearance and demise.

Cookie - Just arrested today in Putnam County.  Same last name Overstreet.  We don't know if he is related to Joe or Brandon or Kristy Overstreet.

He is simply an Overstreet, and a sex offender, that was arrested again today.
