Bringing this over as well because to be honest, its bugging the heck out of me

OK my hinky meter has just tipped again....this may have to be carried over to the new thread.   If Misty was so afraid of Joe as she claims then why did she go to Tennessee?   Was that not right after she was in Florida with Donna B?
Exactly she went there for a couple weeks to visit grandma.

I don't think Misty was/is afraid of Joe. I think Misty is in this up to her neck. I think she was a participant. JMO.
I think so too

I agree & that is exactly why it is so glaring

I think when she went to TN she and Joe got their stories down pat.

I keep thinking it was Joe and Misty bouncing on the couch that Jr. heard.....I do not put that past Misty if she was in her drug " no"mind  night.

Part 2

Here are my notes from replaying the videos:

Items were recovered & sent to "several independent labs for analysis."

Materials were analyzed on scene by an anthropologist & a lot of non evidence cleared on the spot.
(Even spoke of finding alligator toe nails)

Regarding a question about the Persons of interest:
"I'm just going to say several."

People starting to co-operate/talk.

"Very real possibility she died in this area."

Regarding Joe O.  "He has an attorney and has lawyered up."

"At this point I'm comfortable to go ahead and say that I'm going to call it a homicide."

Regarding a question about Misty:
"I think she's come to realize she's in trouble."

Worse than organized crime......!
--------------------------------------------
i think that is exactly the case
i think the drugs, and  the drug dealing, doctor shopping clan
is what caused Haleigh death, when i found out that JO and the
others were into drug dealing, and gang banging,( i always suspected RC
was involved with drug dealing with the gangs, or is a member, of folk
nation), anyway something went wrong with a lets say a collection,
and Haleigh payed the price, and now that the truth is coming out,
im sure we will hear about, some bad happenings to the clan, when a gang member
gets talked on/ratted out, payback can be...............
that is why, no one would talk, the chumps are afraid for their lives

Haleigh, i think finally justice will prevail
rest in peace sweet child

White boy Greg - yes it's coming back to me now that he is verified to be THE one:

Palatka Man Speaks Out About Haleigh Case
Jessica Clark  Taren Reed     Created: 9/23/2009 6:03:19 PM    Updated: 9/23/2009 6:54:04 PM

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- A Palatka man is speaking out about his relationship with Haleigh Cummings' stepmother.

Greg Page says he and Misty Croslin spent time together just days before Haleigh disappeared. The 29-year-old says his mother introduced him to Misty shortly before Haleigh vanished.

Page told First Coast News, "The weekend before [Haleigh disappeared], Misty came over with a friend, Nay Nay, and we hung out and she left."

Page said he and Misty had a sexual encounter.

Misty has since married Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings.

Page, who goes by the street name 'White Boy Greg,' has been interviewed by investigators several times regarding the Haleigh case and about his relationship with Misty Croslin-Cummings.

Page was arrested Tuesday night and charged with drug possession in Palatka. He told First Coast News police questioned him again about the little girl.

"They just asked me where she was at. I told them, 'I don't know,'" Page explained, "I said if I knew I would've disclosed that information to the cops."

Page added that he has not spoken to Misty since Haleigh vanished. Meanwhile, investigators are working on another lead.

Major Gary Bowling with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said Misty's brother told them that the night Haleigh disappeared, Haleigh's father called him, asking him to check on Misty and the kids.

Bowling said Croslin told them Ronald Cummings had earlier called Misty about 20 times and could not get her on the phone.

Bowling said Croslin went to the house where Misty, Haleigh, and Haleigh's little brother were supposed to be. Croslin said the house was dark and quiet.

So does this mean Misty was not at home when she claims she was? Bowling said her brother feels she was not there.

"It is one of two or three very viable theories," Bowling explained. "It's a valid theory that she was not at home. This [information from Croslin] seems to corroborate that theory."

For a couple days this week, Misty Croslin-Cummings has not been at home in Welaka where she lives with her husband, his grandmother, and her stepson.

Responding to reports that Misty had skipped town, Misty's Attorney, Robert Fields, says she's taken a couple days to go to Universal Studios in Orlando with a friend.

As for Page, he maintains he does not know what happened to Haleigh. He said he never met the child, and he wished he had not met Misty Croslin-Cummings.

"It was a mistake. I wish I had never got caught up with that girl. It's been turmoil ever since," Page said.

Adding the NayNay's letter here for reference:

Wow, finally caught up.
So, are they leaving the crime scene for good or just for the day?

Whoever is involved in the crime and withheld this info. is never going to see the light of day.

That girl is only afraid of her own neck being on the chopping block.  JMO  Double Ditto on the participation part.  IMO they only take you out of jail to confirm a location for one reason.

I think as the Sheriff said she finally realizes she is in BIG trouble....he said no deals that he knows of.....but I think he should have added YET! Ditto from me too!!

Pill Mill Bust Includes Jacksonville
Federal Investigators Say 7 States Involved In Operations

POSTED: Thursday, April 15, 2010
UPDATED: 6:10 pm EDT April 15, 2010

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Federal investigators said they've busted "pill mill" operations in seven states, including one in Jacksonville.

The operations make it easy for people to get highly addictive painkillers and anti-anxiety drugs.

Investigators said the ringleaders of the operations were in the Atlanta area and in Cleveland.

Undercover agents said they got drugs often without an exam and sometimes even without talking to a doctor.

Investigators said the operations netted millions of dollars in profits.

One of the companies named in the indictment is Brennan and DePaoli, doing business as Delta Health.

Its office is off Southpoint Parkway on the Southside. No one was available for comment.

I wonder how long we will have to wait to find the results of the analysis on the "evidence." I know it can be weeks, but I sure hope it won't be too long.

Sheriff: Haleigh case a homicide investigation
By Ann O'Neill, CNN
April 15, 2010 6:32 p.m. EDT

However, police have stopped short of naming Croslin as a suspect. In televised interviews, Croslin has said she does not know what happened to Haleigh but believes "the other side of the family" knows where she is.

Deenie- Your post on the last thread brought tears to my eyes!  I don't know how to bring it over from the last thread, but I feel you summed up beautifully what others here are feeling!

On a personal note my daughter is 5 and the pics of Haleigh are chilling.  My daughter has the exact same pj's and shirt and they resemble each other.  I think someone did love her and buy her cute clothes.  IIRC those 2 outfits were from Target and she looked precious in them.  Probably a grandma that did the shopping for her cute little outfits.
