Hello everybody, I had to work late and then after watching the late NG show, I just couldnt even get on here and say a word, I just couldnt, this is so sad, What in the Hell did these monsters do with HaLeigh, and how can they all just keep spinning lies about who did what and where. They are all guilty imo, every single one of them, Ron included, I dont care who did what or who was there, they were all up to no good, selling drugs, buying guns, fighting over guns, partying, smoking dope, having Lord only knows who around those children, all of them........they make me sick...

An attorney said Friday that his client, Hank "Tommy" Croslin Jr., led investigators to the St. Johns River in the latest search for Haleigh Cummings.

Attorney James Werter said Croslin met with investigators for over an hour before leading Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials and Putnam County deputies to the river.

The only angle I can see her playing with her unflappable love for Ron... is that she knows if she picks him as her favorite... everyone else will hate him. Some will just hate him because she has affection for him. So, Ron.... NO SOUP FOR YOU. Sympathy - checked at door.

Attorney James Werter said in a news release that Croslin Jr. submitted to a lie detector test on April 8, and the two talked about the results two days later.

On Monday afternoon, Croslin Jr. met with representatives of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the State Attorney's Office and the FBI.

Later that day, Werter said, Croslin Jr. led the investigators to the Shell Harbour Road boat ramp. The search began the next morning.

According to Merchant he presented two options to parents Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield about a funeral for Haleigh: The couple could wait seven years for Haleigh to be declared dead by the state of Florida and then be issued a death certificate or they can go before a judge before the seven years lapses to request a death certificate.

That`s what they do when you can`t find a body and are presumed dead.

Ron is one predatory cruel sob.

Picture the Casey Anthony case if they never found the body.

Only circumstantial evidence. Yet we all know what she did.

I so pray that they do find something left of her and I agree about your stmt, but my biggest fear is even IF they do find a bone of hers, how in the he77 do they prove WHO did what? All they have so far is the word of known liars and dope heads

Do you know if it is clear...if Tommy took them to the dock to show where Haleigh was put or if LE took Tommy to the dock, so to speak?

I still don't know about Tommy being at the dock, IIRC wasn't it Art only that reported that? If so I take it with a bag of salt IYKWIM

NG should of asked Grandma about "her opinion" of Ron's involvement in his daughter's disappearance. NG knew of the enterview
Jane did on HLN and NG did not touch base with Grandma and her opinion on RC roll. NG is one sided and Jane keep's an open-mind.

Oh my goodness. another beautiful child gone...I just watched the video of her Dad and he is lying through his teeth. He made one comment that told it all..." I would give my life to have my child's life back". He had no tears, just the sobbing effect...then started talking normal.Poor sweet babies....I wish I could take all the unwanted babies and keep them safe. I just hope they find her little body soon. God have Mercy on these sweet little ones.

The post I posted above was how I felt the second day Haleigh was gone and I still feel that way. Ron had a big hand in what went down that night. And from some of the post I have read, I am not sure that Ron was on the job til 3:00 am. He stated to Cobra that the cops kept questioning how he got home at the time he did. I think they were asking why he was so late getting there when he left work alot earlier. JMHO on how I see things.

While an officer spoke with the family, another coducteda canvass search of the residence in an attemptto locate Haleigh.

Police initiateda track beginning at the back door and down a wooded path, as we travelled down the wooded path, we located what appeared to be asmall child's footprint in the dirt. It should be noted that Ronald said Haleigh's shoes were still located inside the residence. The track lead up to a small pond and then back to the railroad crossing. At the last residence on the right side of the Green Drive was a small building with a door which had been left open. I entered the building but found no one insire

The track then continued past the north residence, where police made a left turn on Monroe Avenue. We made another left onto Buchan Circle, which we followed in a loop back to Monroe Avenue. We then made a left onto Tyler Street, and travelled past 116 Tyler, which is a location where Misty stated she had walked with Haleigh in the past. We then made a right turn on BUffalo Bluff Road to the railroad crossing, where we found were forced to end the track, because the canonwas unable to follow it any further.

Darla, that statement alone was incredible, who says such a thing, and not only that he sure seemed sure right from the start that she had been stolen.
