I would have been running all around the yard and then some screaming Haleigh's name, in hopes she just wandered out the home. Everybody around that neighborhood and then some would have heard me screaming. It was all staged to me right from the beginning, and Misty had a problem sticking to the script.

ITA everyone and their dog would be awake if I woke to find my child missing, also after I looked thru the house I would grab my other child and run like he77 to a neighbor's house for help. Not a chance I'd still be in the house not knowing where the perp was or if he was coming back.........absolutely nothing they did made a lick of sense from the get-go.

Remember the link that was posted about red flags in 911 calls That was an incredible bit of info about how many times the person started with an alibi vs what is happening and the percentage of those that were indeed the killer...........

I don't think anybody knows how they would react.  You are in shock and your reactions are not what
they would normally be.  My husband died at home and I am sure if my words to the 911 operator were
picked over, they would not be considered normal.  I am not defending Misty, just saying that you never
can be sure of what your reaction would be.

I am just catching up here and remember when my son was missing (not really, but I thought that he was).  My reaction was strange to me.  I walked the neighborhood in high heels looking for him as the panic SLOWLY built inside of me.  It was about 20- 30 minutes before I started screaming in a full fedge panic. (At which time, my son called me to say where he was.)

I would have to agree.  I would be trying to think of the most logical things, like maybe he's hiding in the garage, or around the corner and after you have thought of all those things and looked in those places and they aren't there, then you would start to panic, because you checked all the logical places and so on an so forth.  That's is why I never understood how there was a 2 minute time span between RC getting home and the 911 call.  i would have thought it would have been longer.  If I woke up and my daughter wasn't in her bed, I'm sorry, but I would be opening closet doors, checking under beds, etc before I called 911 and would probably take much longer then two minutes to completely check the inside of my house and outside before the panic had set in enough to call 911.

That is regular rope which is tan in color. I believe the rope they talk about would be yellow.....as in waterskiing rope  JMHO

The rope hanging on the door in many photos back and the photo posted by Klaas in post# 1055. It is the color of regular, plain ole' rope. I am telling you the rope in question 'YELLOW' rope....is going to be rope you'd use in water....like for waterskiing.

ALL of them are extremely reckless and at some point one would kill another or kill someone innocent. It was bound to happen.

I don't think you can put this many people with total disregard for others together and not expect bad things.

...but there are some basic behaviors that innocent people display and some that guilty people display.

Ron and Misty`s Epic Adventure fails the sniff test, I think.

I understand that about the yellow rope, but in the picture Klaas just posted there was a yellow something laying on the ground that looked like rope and like YELLOW ski rope, it wasnt tan, it was bright yellow....
