Yeah, Timmy is much better looking then Tommy, actually some of the pics I've seen of Misty she is not a bad looking young girl, I don't know what happened with Tommy

I always thought someone picked Jo up...a female...my CRS is in overdrive

His lawyer said tonight that he caught a ride with a friend to FL and they had a set time to return to TN... not sure if the friend was a female, but somewhere I read that it was. He also stated that they left late the same evening that Haleigh was reported missing... which would have been Tues. Feb. 10.

Administrative Circuit Judge Reginald Whitehead appointed Judge Belvin Perry Jr. in his place; Perry is highly-respected and known as a tough, no-nonsense judge.

Defense attorneys for Casey Anthony succeeded in getting Judge Stan Strickland to remove himself from the case on Monday.

Strickland made his decision quickly, stepping down Monday afternoon after granting the defense's motion asking him to do so.

I think JO was shot in that hand, it's why it looks odd.  Wasn't the story that he was caught in a man's car and the guy shot him in the hand?  He was found a few houses away and admitted to robbing the guy. IIRC

In that link someone posted a page or so back, there is a poster from WS who verified with the paper that the girl in the pic is misty.

I've never seen a picture of timmy and I think he could possibly be mistaken for JO by someone who didn't know JO and just thought it was timmy.  Maybe timmy is involved, misty was closer to him than tommy and didn't she say she would call him before anyone else? IIRC that's what she said and I always wondered why timmy ran off so quick.  I think maybe timmy was in on this too and what if the plan was to frame JO since he looked enough like timmy to someone who didn't know JO was in town?  just thinkin'...

James Overstreet is an older cousin.  WHAT IF, it's James that has molested Misty.  WHAT IF, James hurt Haleigh and the rest of them (Misty, Tommy, Timmy, Joe) are scared of him?

It is strange that an Overstreet would be arrested in Palatka right in the middle of all of the latest developments.
The fact that he is a sex offender leaves room for a lot of speculation.

Haven't read past this point but...There is an Overstreet company in Florida that does air conditioning parts etc.  Could James Overstreet have been the air condition repair man???
