On some they are stamped bick-o-block.  It may even be the name of a company.

For example: . When you are following semi-trailers (or cars) on the interstate... always follow directly behind their wheels. Reason: If they straddle the dead animal, brick o block, etc.. in the road, you will not have enough reaction time to change directions if you are following directly "centered" behind them. I usually do the same with cars.

You gotta ask why he would be involved, being mad at Ron if he only knew him for 2 weeks - it just is not adding up.   I could be wrong but I think this is Tommy & Misty's story from the getgo & everyone else is covering up for them because of the drug use & they were hoping Ronald would not lose custody of Jr.    I dont know the whole thing is a huge clusterfudge due to a family riddled with generational evil & total ignorance.
