I'll be curious to see how they can peg pills on Ronnie Boy when Misty was on a 3 day drug bender the night prior to Haleigh missing and she is currently incarcerated for dealing Oxycontin pills. 

I'm sorry but that "lil girl" has done a fair amount all on her own IMO.  I said it before and I'll say it again.  Misty appears to be a drug hoe who provides services for drugs for her personal use.  So where the pills came from is not quite so cut n dry to me.  JMO

I think its one thing to turn in a family member for an atrocious crime and another to exploit sketchy info and differing scenarios thru the media. I don't think Gma will have any credibility when it comes to trial. In fact she be making things harder for LE and the suspects(who cares).

LE claimed the latest search was the result of  a "tip".  If Granny was the tipster ... is she entitled to the reward if her tip regarding her grandson's words leads to convictions in the death of Haleigh Cummings?

Somehow I believe that the recorded jailhouse conversations between Granny Flora and her grandkids regarding the happenings encompassing the demise of Haleigh Cummings will speak for themselves if the case comes to a trial.  I could be wrong.

I think Ron said alot of things that don't match his actions in this case that just added confusion.  Starting with the 911 call, telling LE that the beds were made so thereby couldn't of been sleeping to no laundry detergent in the house for washing blankets.  What he's said to TM, others and most importantly LE do not match his actions at all.

But as far as the drugs go if he is in the middle of this it will be interesting to see how the case plays out in court.  The #1 theory floated around seems to be that Misty gave Haleigh pills to sleep and she passed away from those pills than the cover up began.  So it will be interesting to see if his alibi is legit how he supposedly controlled atleast 2 persons actions right up to cover up for 14 months and disposal of Haleigh's body. 

Still riding the fence on Ronnie Boy.

Ronald Cumming's Attorney: Father Still Has Hope Tip Was False Lead

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- While boats and divers scoured the St. Johns River this week near Satsuma, detectives met with Haleigh Cummings' family.

Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, was walked out of jail for a while so detectives could also update him on the search for his missing daughter.

His attorney, Terry Shoemaker, told First Coast News that Cummings and his family were advised to make funeral arrangements.

"Yeah, you can understand how Ron would be shocked at that because he's hoping it ends, but still holding hope that maybe they're wrong that maybe something else happened and this will end up as another false lead," Shoemaker said.

Earlier this week, Flora Hollars -- the grandmother of Cummings' ex-wife Misty Croslin - spoke about the case. Hollars claimed Misty and her brother told her their cousin -- Joe Overstreet -- took the little girl.

Shoemaker said Cummings does not know Joe Overstreet well, but had suspected Overstreet since day one.

"He's not surprised," Shoemaker said, "and [Cummings] said if you go back and listen to the 911 tape he made a comment that night about "Cousin Joe.""

First Coast News has reviewed the 911 tape released by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.  First Coast News cannot make out where Cummings mentions "Cousin Joe" Overstreet. However, some of the 911 call may have been redacted.

Meanwhile, Overstreet maintained his innocence this week.

Overstreet told First Coast News' Jackelyn Barnard "I didn't do it."

Three days of searching the St. Johns River turned up items that need to be tested in labs as evidence in the case.  Shoemaker said Saturday that Cummings believes Haleigh was placed in the river.

"I think he has a pretty good idea that's what transpired," Shoemaker said.

However, investigators and the sheriff have not confirmed what really happened to the little girl.

According to Merchant he presented two options to parents Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield about a funeral for Haleigh: The couple could wait seven years for Haleigh to be declared dead by the state of Florida and then be issued a death certificate or they can go before a judge before the seven years lapses to request a death certificate.

That`s what they do when you can`t find a body and are presumed dead.

Ron is one predatory cruel sob.

Picture the Casey Anthony case if they never found the body.

Only circumstantial evidence. Yet we all know what she did.

Granny's got about four separate stories about what happened and she has HEARD. She's confusing - no doubt, but if it makes Misty, Tommy and Ron worry or wonder what's coming next - I'm all for it.

When someone keeps squawking like Granny has, you know at some point something is gonna fly outta her mouth that will make YOUR teeth fall out of your mouth.

I so pray that they do find something left of her and I agree about your stmt, but my biggest fear is even IF they do find a bone of hers, how in the he77 do they prove WHO did what? All they have so far is the word of known liars and dope heads
