Info sure is puzzling for Donald Sapp.  Here is the record as of today.  Does not show he was bonded out on this, however the info posted above sure does.  Since NO BOND .. thought maybe he was just transferred to St. John's or Flagler ... however, so far tonight don't find him there either.  Strange as his court case is for May 17, 2010.   Maybe he was put on the payroll and is now the kitchen cook.

Well, my first thought was the same as when the UC Drug Bust and they were all showing ... bond posted.  I was like WHAT THE HECK Gives here ...then it was stated that they had been transferred and that was how they showed it.  But, like I said ventured over to St. Johns and Flagler ... unless the updates are not posted as of yet.  That is the only thing I can think of, and furthermore, why would they move him NOW ...after all this time .. court is in about 2.5 wks.

Could the laundry that Grandma Sykes brought over be a clue.  Could the nurse that accompanied Grandma Sykes to the trailer be a clue?  Could a portion of the evening have been spent cleaning that trailer and doing the laundry?  Could a portion of that evening have been spent removing evidence of illegal activity involving pills/drugs/plants within the home?  Could the disposal of Haleigh taken place within this time frame?  Could Teresa Neves have played a part overseeing all the activity that took place prior to the 911 cal.  Could it be that Joe had NO knowledge of the happenings encompassing the disappearance of Haleight and ... this is why the Cummings and Croslins implicating him?

Could it be that Tamikosmom required a break from this case that appears to be going nowhere in regards to the investigation?

I'm not even interested in the names of these men, LE said the man was cleared, at least I thought so. I'm sure the man was just there to do the work, and then left. I never even considered the person to be involved what so ever.

I think we all need a break, before we go nuts    Those are great questions, to me the blanket talk certainly had to do with whatever happened that evening. And that nonsense about Misty cleaning, which I never believed, but maybe she was cleaning, but not for the right reasons. And grandma stopping by with laundry along with another person who was a nurse, there sure had to be more going on then just an innocent visit, especially since Misty didn't remember that in the beginning, at least she didn't mention it.

Not to be nit-picky, but the drug bust thugs, when transferred, just said the release time and date. Not that any bond was posted.

So I believe Sapps was released on bond.

Hey Monks, just trying to catch up, but you are very busy monks! I read the post about the grow room possibly being in the shed. Per personal knowledge I know it is close to impossible to keep marijuana in uninsolated areas. A should would not provide adequate ventilation, and if there had been it would be very obvious. The shed would be much too tiny, and hot in the FL sun. Marijuana under hotter weather either gets moldy or infested with mites. Either way I don't think a grow room could have survived in the shed, MH or backyard (without being noticed).  ALTHOUGH WE CAN ONLY SPECULATE, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND AT TOMMY'S MH DOWN THE ROAD HAD THEY HAD THE AFORETHOUGHT TO SEARCH IT. IF TOMMY WAS INVOLVED HE WOULD HAVE TO HAD A REASON TO THROW OUT HIS STASH TOO.

The sleeping arrangments of the children does not make sense to me either.  Neither Junior or Haleigh were babies.  Why were they not sleeping in their own rooms?

Same here!  All I've ever wanted to know from the AC man was if he saw Haleigh while he was there doing his work.  Never once accused him of a thing, just wanted to get his perspective.  They've sure questioned everyone else and mentioned what others said, if anything.
