I was under the impression Lindsy did not have a job but went to school during the  afternoon to the evening hour.

Hi JG, do you know what time she had to be at school, since some say she was also at the bus stop that evening. I would like to know what she has to say about who picked HaLeigh up that evening, and who it was that was talking about the bad drugs, since Chelsea places herself there as well.

Since Lindsy mentions to Tommy while on a jail visit: Misty tried to say that the night that HaLeigh keep missing, you were high

And Tommy claims:   I didn't  have no pills that day. Thats why I didn't go to work.  Thats why I was laying around all fu_ _ing day.

To which Lindsy responds:

I wonder where was Timmy and JO during this period. Was JO in the van, the car, where?

It could  include anyone of them even Chelsea.. I know I read some of them were at the hospital visting Hank..

Chelsea has already said that she was the one driving the van, not Misty. Chelsea stated on NG last week or the week before that it was RC that picked Haleigh up at the bus stop.

CASAREZ: Do you remember the last time you saw her?

C. CROSLIN: Yes, I do.

CASAREZ: What did she say to you?

C. CROSLIN: I didn`t get to talk to her. She come running off the school bus with a big smile on her face, and Ronald had his windows rolled up on his car. My daughter was waving out the window. Yelling "Hi, Haleigh." and Haleigh looked back and blew us a kiss, and she leaned up against the car, and then she got in the car and they drove away. And I never seen her again.

Maybe it was Lindsy who picked up Haleigh at the bus stop and she could have been due to be at school shortly and that could be why that they said that she was yelling hurry up.....I have a friend who is in nursing school and she goes from 4 o'clock to 10 o'clock....maybe she was talking about getting bad chit last night that cuz Joe brought them? But the question still remains why would Ron say that he was the one that picked her up? It would be fine for him to say that a relative,friend,or other parent picked her up ...unless he does not want to say where he was at the time so therefore he places himself at the bus stop? You would think that if Misty were picking up Haleigh and Lindsy were there too that one or the other would have got out of the car and went over to talk to the other while waiting for the kiddos.

my2cents, Chelsea places RC at the bus stop also.  Since it is being Lindsy was at the bus stop as well, I would like to know what her version is of who picked HaLeigh up that evening.  Will Lindsy corroborate Chelsea and Ron's story, or will she corroborate AH and Santos story?

Since ART HARRIS is CLOSE to LINDSY, I sure wish someone would post on his forum an ASK him to TELL US what the heck was going on at LINDSY'S place when the LE were there prior to going to Green Lane.  WHAT was the call for, and WHO made that call.  WHY did Greenwood say that it all started at 2:??AM.

Well this has nothing to do with this post...but...I just need to reach out.  I had a beautiful baby 7 weeks ago and tonight my boyfriend packed up his things and left.  Just left.  I feel too ashamed to call my family.  This friday we were supposed to be (all of us) flying up there for the baptism.  I just feel like such a failure.  I went to Iraq, my husband left me, filed for divorce and when I came back I had nothing.  I had to start from scratch...just came back with the duffle bag I carried on my back.  So I agreed to his custody paperwork and now only get to see my two girls during the summer.  I did this because I needed to get a good job and rebuild all that I had lost, but I guess rebuilding doesn't matter when you lose your babies.  Maybe that is why this case just hurts.  Then I got involved with what I thought was a wonderful man.  He asked me if I wanted his baby and I said yes.  He encouraged me to fight for custody of my two babies, but now he left.  He left because of my past, being involved with a person that hurt me, threatened to hunt me down and wipe me and my future children off the face of the earth.  That person eventually murdered someone and went to prison.  Now he is out of prison.  My boyfriend said that he doesn't want to be around someone when his safety is in jeopardy.  The crazy thing is I was threatened over 15 years ago...I was young and fell in love with the wrong person.  I just can't change my past.  Anyway, I am feeling pretty sad and alone...I know in the long run, I will be ok.  I have a good job that I enjoy and a beautiful baby...it just doesn't stop the hurt right now.  Plus I think Iraq messed me up emotionally.  Thanks for letting me vent.
