This is what I don't get, how in the he77 do they keep getting off, Ron was arrested at various times for pot, opium, GHB, cocaine,and much more, his sister had arrest IIRC for aiding a jail escapee etc., it's mind boggling.

Medical Conditions: Haleigh has been diagnosed with Turner Syndrome, a genetic disorder present in approximately 1 out of every 2,500 live female births. Turner Syndrome's features may include, but are not limited to: restricted growth of the long bones and ovaries, heart defects and vision problems, multiple birthmarks, and swollen fingers and toes. Most people with Turner's Syndrome don't grow to be more than four and a half feet tall. Haleigh requires hormone treatments and monthly visits to a cardiologist and endocrinologist due to her condition. She may be in need of medical condition.

If Haleigh had a heart condition than any type of opiate would have been very detrimental to her health. Also such a traumatic thing as being raped at her age could have thrown her into a heart attack.

One thing I've always been curious about, since wayback when we first heard this, and had great discussions on it.... is who was with Sykes when they 'dropped by with the laundry'.  Seems that 'other person' with Sykes wasn't named then, and they still aren't mentioning the name.  Why would they seemingly work so hard to hide the identity of who that was????

If I were retelling what happened that night, I would have said something like 'My cousin Matilda and I went over to the MH and dropped off some laundry'.  Or........... 'My gramma and aunt/cousin/friend/etc dropped by with the laundry.  Especially would say something about the other person in the car, if asked or telling who all was there that night. 

Just seems to me to make no mention of another person along with, in the car, just makes me really want to stop and take a good long look at the reason that could be.  As other monkeys have wondered and posted, could something have happened with this other person, that ended up causing more problems with HaLeigh?  If that person is a nurse and licensed, could her license be in jeopardy if her identity is known?
