This may indeed be it.  That makes the Alabama DA release of the complaint the help the Peruvian court will need to nail him, as it provides motive, in the event the goon did not resort to his usual sexual deviancy, or a more obvious motive to kill Stefany.  

But as we know too, the confrontations between the goon and Natalee's mother were direct and inciscive.  She KNEW he killed her daughter and he couldn't get over with her.  Could that drive "spite" -- add in the money, and it's a pretty complete picture.

Evil stuff.

Has anyone heard if Stephanie still had her $5,000 she won?  I mean was it still with her remains when she was found?  Did Joran think he would get money one way or another?

As you know doubt know, I have been making calls to Aruba to find out what people know about the latest Joran van der Sloot news.

I have learned - and this is rather curious - that Holloway family lawyer John Q. Kelly has been spotted twice in the last 30 days in Aruba.

His presence (twice in the last 30 days) in Aruba is notable and peculiar since the Aruban authorities have said they have shut down the Natalee investigation and yesterday made a statement that they have nothing to do with this latest Peru investigation for murder.

Also, Greta is placing the blame for Stephany's murder on the FBI for not arresting Joran on May 10th.  She just gets on my nerves.

That must be the reason she had that weird poll on Gretawire last night asking if the FBI had done enough in Natalee's case.

It says the moeny was wired from Birmingham and that's where it is filed.  So I don't think Greta would be using a bank in Birmingham.

Beth and Jug are both in Birmingham and I think it was one of those two.

I disagree.  I believe one of the reports said he extorted someone in the Birmingham area.  Why else would it be filed in Birmingham?  Greta lives in Washington DC doesn't she?

I can not see him doing time,  with so many countries involved.  Tourism on the line....  I really believe someone will sniper him before he gets jail time. IMO.   I would love to see in in the prison there, but I do not think he will make it that far.  Too much spite

Sure she could be.  Especially if she learned her lesson from the last time he duped her, and the first thing she did after he contacted her this time was to contact Beth AND the FBI.

And only Joran is responsible for his actions.  Some people will make excuses for this devil no matter what I suppose.

She could have but I believe the crime occurred wherever Joran made contact.  I think that is the place the charges would have been filed. 

I guess we will find out on one of the programs tonight.  Greta's especially.
