Reappears as a young alleged murderer

 LIMA / AP - Police said a Dutchman, who was accused by the disappearance of an American in Aruba in 2005, is the main suspect in the murder of a Peruvian woman, whose body was found Wednesday, but the man fled Peru.

The Dutchman, identified as Joran van der Sloot, 22, was indicted in the murder of Stephany Flores, 21, for pictures of the security camera of a casino in which they are seen together, and by the testimony of the employee of the hotel where he was staying, who said he saw the couple enter the boy's room early last Sunday, police said.

The girl's whereabouts was unknown until his body was found by officers early on Wednesday in a hotel room TAC in the district of Miraflores, where they found abundant traces of blood, told reporters the girl's father Ricardo Flores, racer and entrepreneur. Cesar Guardia, director of the Criminal Investigation Police, said the Immigration office had confirmed that Van der Sloot left Peru on May 31 by land to Chile.

"This foreign national in a process Aruba recorded a similar case occurred in 2005 when a U.S. citizen disappears ... We are coordinating with authorities in the neighboring country (Chile) and also we are managing here in Peru with the relevant authorities preliminary detention in order to locate and capture this murderer, "Guard said in a press conference.

 Canlla Miguel, chief of the homicide department of the Directorate of Criminology (Dirincri) of the National Police, told the AP that "Peru's homicide division is investigating the incident and we are coordinating with murder of Chile."

In Holland, the Netherlands Foreign Ministry spokesman, Bengt van Loosdrecht, confirmed that Van der Sloot is the "prime suspect in a murder case" in Peru. He said that the Peruvian authorities and the Netherlands Embassy in Peru had reported that the Interpol has issued an international arrest warrant against him.

Guard explained that Van der Sloot admitted to Peru from Colombia on 14 May and stayed at the hotel TAC, which left about four hours after the death of Flores what would have happened on Sunday morning.

Flores told reporters that thanks to the videos of the casino's security cameras could be the face of the suspect, and that after comparing information, police found that it was Van der Sloot, who in 2005 was accused by the disappearance of Natalee Holloway Young, during a promotional trip to the island of Aruba.

Joran tries to reach his lawyer


LIMA (Reuters) - Dutchman Joran van der Sloot, who is suspected of murdering the Peruvian Stephany Flores, through third parties trying to establish contact with his American lawyer, Joseph Pina Taco. This has Pina Taco Peruvian radio station RPP Noticias across the states.
Taco Pina told the radio station not knowing where the client resides. He considers it 'difficult''to defend him because he does not know the Peruvian legislation, said RPP Noticias.
Stephany Flores was found dead in the hotel in the Peruvian capital Lima, where her testimony with Van der Sloot were seen going inside. The 21-year-old was in a room that had been made in the name of Van der Sloot.
According to the Peruvian authorities, the Dutch fled to neighboring Chile.

I tried to respond to your post on the last thread but technical problems.
You said  you were going to contact your family in Peru.  Any idea how long an extradition might take place?
Also with regard to your comment about Joran being seen with possible bloody clothing...I think he would have showered and put on clean clothes before he left the hotel room. jmo

Murder suspect Joran van der Sloot spotted in northern Chilean city

ARICA, CHILE (BNO NEWS) -- A Dutch man who is the prime suspect in the disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway and that is being sought in connection with the murder of a young woman in Peru, was spotted on Wednesday in a northern Chilean city, police said.

Douglas Rodriguez, a top police officer with the Chilean Investigation Police said Joran van der Sloot was spotted on Wednesday in Arica city, which lies adjacent to the Peruvian city of Tacna.

Rodriguez told reporters that police are looking for van der Sloot in overnight accommodations. He said the suspect arrived in Chile from Peru in a taxi accompanied by two Peruvian men on May 31. The two Peruvians traveled back to Tacna the same day.

Rodriguez said van der Sloot arrived entered the country on a tourist visa.

Also on Wednesday, Van der Sloot's attorney Joseph Tacopina told Peruvian radio network RPP that she received an "e-mail that appears to be from a third person who told me that van der Sloot is attempting to contact me to get legal advice," he said.

Tacopina noted that it will be "difficult" to defend van der Sloot because he don't known the Peruvian laws.

Police in Lima said Van der Sloot, 22, is the main suspect in the murder of 21-year-old Stephany Tatiana Flores Ramirez, whose body was found in the Miraflores District of Lima in the early morning hours on Wednesday.

The victim's father, Ricardo Flores, urged authorities to arrest him. "This is not his first murder. In 2005 he killed another girl," Ricardo said, referring to Natalee Holloway. "But because the body was not found, he was released."

Ricardo said he appealed to Interpol to help apprehend Van der Sloot. " I don't want to see more people suffering," he said. "I want to avoid that this man continues to kill."

WOW! We all knew that urine was capable of this.....
I'm so sorry another innocent girl was a victim of this monster!
I pray that he will be caught (no suicide - I want him to suffer) and put in a Peru prison for life (a miserably life - and that he suffers 1000 times more that his victims and their families/friends).
I'm hopeful that we are at the short stroke of Tick Tock.....

I'm wondering if he took his bloody clothing with him and dump them somewhere.  Or is this part of the evidence they have.
