lindsy: gas, okay, gas to get here. money on the phone, money to you, diapers, insurance.

tom: i know one time you told me you had 19 hundred, and the next time i know you got 700.

tom: well, seems to be a lot... went real quick. so, i don't know.

lindsy: i have bills to pay, tom. i have insurance...

tom: it's only been two months since i've been here lindsy... 39 hundred dollars, 2 months, 
it's a lot of money.

lindsy: if you were out, i wouldn't have none!

tom: yeah, okay... you better quit.

lindsy: tommy, it's 50 dollars a month for my phone...50 a month for my insurance... 50
dollars orrrr...

tommy: going out all the time is a waste of money

lindsy: yeah, make me sound like a bad mom, go for it buddy... i'll just hang up the phone
and leave.

tommy: you need to chill your ass out.

lindsy: i don't go out all the time! i went out twice. twice, tom.

Putnam man, 38, charged with capital sexual battery

A 38-year-old Putnam County man was arrested and charged Tuesday with capital sexual battery on a juvenile girl.

Donald Sapp, of Satsuma, was arrested after the girl, who is now 13, told her mother she was assaulted two years ago.

Capital sexual battery involves a victim younger than 12 and a perpetrator older than 18.

On July 29 the girl's mother told investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office about the attack.

Sapp was arrested following an investigation and was being held without bail in the Putnam County jail.

My question is......IS SHE DIVORCING HIM SO SHE IS FORCED to testify against him.  In other words, she is divorcing him because she is "mad" but in reality she knows more then what she is saying and is paving a way for herself to be able to testify, forcefully, rather then if they were married and she would have to say (so he wasn't mad) that she didn't want to testify against him.

I am not defending any Croslins, but I think the $3900 they are talking about is the income tax refund,
which was over and above Tom and Lindsy's normal income.

I feel sure that Tom and Lindsy get gov't checks on the children (Welfare) and food stamps monthly.
They know how to work the system and nobody in the house has a job.  Lindsy probably gets a check
for going to nursing school.

In an earlier tape he had asked her to hold on to the Income Tax check and not spend all of it.
