Looks like one of those flat pack houses similar to the furniture that you take home and  assemble yourself with instructions written in Chinese.
Seems they held the instructions upside down or they just kept adding extra bits as they went along.

It didnt look too bad in a distance. But it loks like a slapped together shack close up.. like a pole building almost!
