I have said in other posts that I first heard Cindy Anthony's *dead body 911 call* before I knew anything else about the case.  I was facing away from the tv, heard it played and truly thought, then and there that Cindy had already solved the case.  She stated that she JUST found out that Caylee had now truly been missing for 31 days and the car smelled like a dead body.  It wasn't until I saw her at the bond trial, that it even dawned on me that she was going to try to pretend it away.  I can still remember being shocked by her appearance in a court in casual summer attire with a bottle of water, lying as easily as Casey lied to her for years and years.

I think to this day, that is why we find Cindy's cover-up mode so unreal, she is the one that turned her own daughter in for the murder of Caylee.  She must of known it the moment it came out of her mouth but it was too late.  It was an excited utterance and nothing is ever going to make that go away.  It is a fact as clear as the fact that Casey murdered Caylee.  I wasn't able to make it through very many of those *grandparent* interviews again.  The sight and sound of them make me sick for days.  If anyone attempts to have another go with these, take it slow and realize when you have had too much. 

I had the pleasure of having my three grandchildren over for the first warm day in Oregon on Friday and I am going to watch the videos, I took of them swimming until the sight and sound of Cindy and George are dimmed from my mind.

Oh, by the way, Casper and I were here and reading as his precious little name came up.  Yes, he was named after Casper the Friendly Ghost and for a very good reason, it was one of my favorite childhood memories and he is the spitting image of Casper, he may even be more friendly.  Glenda was a GOOD witch but a witch nonetheless and I treasure the Wizard of Oz.  How do people even come up with some of this stuff?

Good Morning and thanks trim..........this is so on target........it's a shame that Kc can't read it

I have always said if KC had a half *ss attorney she would have been walking free in about 8 years. I honestly thought she would have plead that down to manslaughter and walked with good time in less than 10 years. The time for the plea bargain was BEFORE they found the body and after that all games were off as far as the state was concerned.  (as it should be)

In a way I am glad that BOZO was so intent on making a name for himself, because I would have been very hacked to know she walked free in a few years after what she did to that baby.  I guess things do have a way of working themselves out for the good of all concerned and for the justice for Caylee because I believe she will get a minimum of life without parole and most likely the DP. 

There was never a plea bargain arrangement on the table when she was sentenced with the death of Caylee. 

She only had a plea available, per Jose's request, when she was only guilty of child neglect..because at that time Caylee was only listed as missing.  Jose requested that plea, could not get Casey to plea, he requested an extension, the State gave him one..Casey still did not plea.  I am talking mid July into mid August here.

By mid August the publicity was huge.  I figure for Casey and Baez the issue was take a plea or garner mucho dollars and extra publicity.  I think they both agreed that they would prefer to ride this out.  Let's not forget that George and Cindy were also garnering top news spots and dollars.

There never was a point in time that a plea was offered that Casey would take.  Once the GJ said to proceed with case as a DP case..it was over for pleas.  By then the plea deal ship had sailed for Casey.

They may be willing to look at a plea deal again..I feel that will be her only option.  Getting Casey to believe that...and her team who loves publicity and limelight may be another story.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- WFTV obtained Casey Anthony’s defense team's deposition schedule (read it) for the case.
Chief Judge Belvin Perry required both the defense and prosecution to turn in a detailed list of their remaining interviews to the court by Monday.

The defense list has more than 40 witnesses including FBI agents, Casey's friends and family members and members of the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Also, the prosecution filed a motion Monday to say they could not meet the deadline (read it), because the defense had not given them the list in time. They are requesting a 10-day extension.

Judge Perry also filed an order Monday regarding 10 pending death penalty motions (read it). He is requiring the state to file a written response to those motions by June 16.

The defense must submit their replies by June 28.

seeme....I wanted her to get the DP...but now I want her to get LWOP...........I do not want her sitting in a private cell for years waiting on appeals.....she IMO has adjusted all too well to her private quarters...I want to see her in GP with mothers who wait for visiting days just to see their children, the mothers who killed protecting their children.....those are the people I want her to mingle with on a daily basis........I want her to be afraid to walk out of her cell, or take a shower.  I want her to suffer and IMO sitting on death row is not enough HURT, not enough suffering...........JMO of couse

I want her in the prison population - It will be a DIFFERENT WORLD for her.

She is just so cute. OMG, I would have loved her every precious minute of my life.
It's heart wrenching to think of her reduced to bones when you look at these pictures.

I wish someone would have had the opportunity to raise her.I would have loved her too.

We would have LOVED to have that precious baby in our home. She would have been treated as a TRUE PRINCESS in our home. We have older girls and 7 boys so she would have been the "star" of this show...............of course her legs would not have worked very well probably because one of us would have been carrying her all the time. LOL

Ladies I do agree with everything you've said except the part about the A's never being happy. In so many ways I think kc and cindy are alike. I think if they manage to get thru the trial, move into a nice new place (if they haven't already) plenty of money from books, movies and interviews I think they will be in the greedy happy that they strive for. I'm convinced that they will be able to let themselves believe that their new life is all a wonderful gift from Caylee. She would want them to have all this and all that kind of twisted Azz logic. Now with their new real estate pals attached at the hip, I'm sure they'll get a fine deal on a house, makes me ill. I'd love for the memories of Caylee to haunt them forever but I think it takes a person with a soul to be bothered and it just doesn't seem like they have those and last time I looked they won't be able to buy one so....
On a happier note, I think the trial will be excruciating for them,  tra lalala

All these poor people who had the dumb luck to come into contact with kc and her evil parents. Just about the time their lives are getting back to normal, they will be gutted and maligned by the defense in public all over again. I hope at some point JP will put a gag order in place. The A's always want scapegoats to carry the blame for their actions and by the time the trial rolls around some of them will have endured years of finger pointing and tongue wagging by team slore.

ORLANDO -- The state is asking for more time and the judge continues to put deadlines on attorneys in the Case Against Casey Anthony.

Judge Belvin Perry wants the defense and state to give him a schedule of when they will take depositions.

Prosecutors say they’re having difficulties because the defense hasn't provided a list, defense attorneys will not cooperate or they're still working on the case and can't be questioned.

Meanwhile, Judge Perry continues to place deadlines when it comes to any motions concerning the death penalty.

The state will have until June 16 to file a response to the motions. Then the defense will have until the end of June to reply.

Thank-you from me also, Caylee had such big beautiful brown eyes. She reminds me of my daughters with those eyes, matter of fact, one day a pic of Caylee was posted, and I about feel out of my chair, she looked so much like a pic of my younger daughter at that age, it was spooky. I will never understand how people can sell these pictures

Re: the depos, I think BOZO is going to be sorry if he tries to trip up Shirley.  I often wonder how she and her husband are doing.  I also think brother Rick will not have softened..I hope everyone has an attorney with them.....but I worry that some may think they don't need one......JMO of course
