What has amazed me is the difference in the two judges. Strickland, as much as I liked him did not require KC's freak team to site case law and this judge is a stickler for case law. The court is run like a finely tuned machine with everything turning on case law as it should be. It ruins the media hype for BOZO and his band of thieves.

I completely agree Turbo.  This judge is spectacular.  He puts other judges to shame...as well as the defense.

IMO, A.L. is a "social justice" engineer, and looks down her nose at moral absolutes.  Her argument that we've just seen was such a red herring.

Good Morning Monkies---It was such a pleasure to see Judge Perry render his decision immedicately, as I though he would.  He has had time to go over the cases, decisions, laws, etc. and is always prepared to do the appropriate thing.  No hemming and hawing here.  Judge Perry knows the law, as most of us don't, and doesn't delay his ruling when he has the information he needs.

I was not impressed with Ms. Lyon.  Her argument was, IMO, quite farfetched.  The media's opinion of "Ms. Anthony" is not relevant to the imposition of the death penalty.  A jury of her peers will do that.  I doubt that she has 12 peers though, I don't think there are 12 other people who are as amoral as she. If there is a bias in whether or not a woman gets the deathpenalty, and IMO there is, the bias is against men.  Few women are condemned and even fewer receive the death penalty.
