I did NOT see Casey acknowledge her mother at all as she exited.

She did her duty yesterday.

Its been a long time since we've seen Lee in court.   Wonder what he's doing these days.

He is back under his rock where he belongs.

Okay, Monkey experts!  What's the deal with the sidebar?  What can't be brought out in open court?  (And by the way, I cannot abide the way the defense always has to have in camera stuff, or sidebars, or sneaky double secret little powwows.  It just smacks of junior high "I've got a secret, nyahh, nyahh, nyahh, nyahh," stuff.)
Is it only about money, or are they trying to attack OCSO?  They didn't bring up the mystery witness, did they?

I am listening to trutv......Jean Casarez ticks me off more often than not.....she shows great SYMPATHY for KC and the A's.  and doesn't know the facts of the case many times or.........thank goodness Mike Brooks is there..although I sometimes disagree with him I do think he knows the facts of the case

Monks, I am certainly no expert.....but I gather because what she wanted to bring up had been talked about in an in camera meeting (the money) she was covering her ample ass in asking for a sidebar.

That is maddening - where is their sympathy for poor little Caylee?  She is the only one who deserves it.

And isn't that the very least we can expect from an "expert" discussing the case?!

I share your frustration with "experts" discussing cases who are not knowledgeable of the cases or who are ill-informed, as is so often what happens.

Caylee has been put on the back burner.........it's now all about KC and her rights
