Okay - I've watched bits and pieces from today ... here are my questions

1.  When she was talking about people who might testify in death penalty phase - about matters of a sensitive or embarrassing nature (not her exact words, but that's what I got) ... blah blah blah ... does anyone think Lee will actually be called to talk about molesting her?  Would he really admit to that just to keep his sister out of the chair?

2.  Who besides old Georgie tried to off themself?  I must have really missed something!

Yea, on his new Ipad no less.   For all we know he might be reading here & other sites to see what reaction is - something tells me it should be prohibited that attorneys have internet access to their personal equipment that is not for the sole purpose of the hearing or trial they are litigating in Court.

I say CA will show only because it will open a window of opportunity for national media interviews, book deals, etc... about how difficult it was to watch her daughter be put to death. She will see it as a money maker as well as an attention grabber, the two things Cindy Anthony loves most in life. Not so sure about GA.

That is the only thing I could think of was sexual abuse, don't know what else would fall under sensitive or embarrassing, maybe things about Cindy? Cindy said she thought about suicide, maybe Lee did also, I don't know.

I think Lyon is including Spindy in the "attempted suicide", I could be wrong.....remember on the Today show when Spindy was trying to "1-Up" George's attempt, I guess thinking she would get the attention and sympathy of the public

They were attempting to claim that their penalty phase witnesses would be harassed, accousted or otherwise harmed & that was an excuse so they didnt have to turn over discovery, too bad so sad DENIED

Ashton got in a few zings, but that one referencing Lyon attempting to say their witnesses would endure as she stated his  "I'm sure Roy Kronk would see the irony in that" was beautifully timed & outstanding!

Cindy claimed to have been suicidal....I call BS
