Still curious about georgie's absence.  Might be working (omg). Might be too sensitive to hear death penalty/suicide discussion (poor baby).  Might be the family dynamic cycle coming full circle, the one where he's the bad guy, CinCin sides with kc . Might be he's finally had enough of the kc show dominating what's left of his life. Might be on some media jaunt since Conman didn't appear to be there. Might be figuring out that bus is bearing down on him.   

Yeah, I'm very curious, too.

Did Cindy throw him out?
Is he working?
I'd love to know what's going on there.

Yesterday, it seemed to me that he wasn't speaking to Conman, and then waited until the courtroom cleared to buddy up to him.
It'll be interesting to see if he shows up at the next hearing.

Totally off the wall thought but at the hearing where they showed conway and the A's walking out to the parking lot~ old George is pushing Conway and all the media is hounding them. You know that the pace had to be a little fast, I would NOT want anybody pushing my wheel chair in that kind of situation, like what if he wasn't watching good and he missed a curb or something. Guess he trusts him, I wouldn't.

What's the deal with Casey and the puff sleeves??? If Cindy is supplying her clothes, she must want her to look like cinderella.......

Am thinking the ruffles and puffed sleeves are meant to make Casey look as innocent as possible.  <gag me>  Thing is, all that is likely gonna do is make the jury feel manipulated. 

And the piece of hair falling also makes her look younger, by the time they are done with her she will have pig tails and a sailor suit on.

Couple that with KC blowing a kiss and love to her evil mother and nothing to George.  Sindy seemed to be beaming, almost as if she caught a falling star.  I have to believe that really chapped George's hide.

A.L.'s motion re: the Protective Order with Respect to Penalty Phase Discovery teases the imagination ...

1) One does wonder if those so called: suicide attempts by George and by River were, in fact genuine.  I also wonder who or what are they expecting as far as " witness harrassment" ??? [  Mr. Ashton's comment about Kronk was terrific, as his whole day today, imo.  ]

2) One could also go way out of bounds into a flight of fancy and wonder if Caylee's father is going to be called to testify .... that would surely cause a stir, to put it mildly!

That could very well be the reason George wasn't there today, I highly doubt he is working.

She keeps going back to that "motive" in seeking the death penalty. I have a feeling it is MONEY............I think there is an insurance policy out there the defense does not know about.

Because I had to work today I wasn't able to see the hearing today but I'm a day late and a dollar short.  I was very intrigued by this series of comments and I am hoping that someone in the know might explain what this may be all about.  I was not sure if maybe the defense knows there is possibly a life insurance policy, or if it is the state or maybe both?  Is the policy you're discussing on Caylee or Casey?  Who would be the beneficiary?  I thought I read early on that LE determined there were no policies but maybe one was "dug up?"  Thanks for any clarification on this issue.

There was some question if there was a $15,000  insurance policy on Caylee. KC referred to having money put back of that amount to many of her friends and there are some children policies which are exactly that amount for almost nothing for a child under 5. Gerber has one, and there are about 5 other companies which have the same thing. It would be very easy for her to have taken one of those policies when she made the decision to get rid of Caylee. I think they are about $20.00  to $75.00 A YEAR for Caylee's age, depending on when she took it out.

I have also wondered if CA had a policy on her through her work which KC planned on getting. I am more prone to think KC planned it and took out one of those Gerber Life Policies.

What the he!! is wrong with Baez????? He says it's not conclusive that duct tape was ever found around Caylee's mouth.
It's only been reported! OMG, did he not read the autopsy???? I can't listen to this jacka$$ one more minute.
