Darla, I also want to hear more about what the Anthonys all did, and frankly I'm curious as can be with what the defense all has up their sleeve.

Me too...how do they think they can ever explain not reporting Caylee missing until sin-cin calls the police because the car smells like there's been a dead body in it, the nonexistent Nanny lies.............all the lies, so many lies........no matter what they say these are facts that I don't see them ever explaining to my satisfaction or anyone else with 1/2 a brain.

I agree, but I'm sure they will come up with some half azz idea.

What's the deal with Casey and the puff sleeves??? If Cindy is supplying her clothes, she must want her to look like cinderella.......

Am thinking the ruffles and puffed sleeves are meant to make Casey look as innocent as possible.  <gag me>  Thing is, all that is likely gonna do is make the jury feel manipulated. 

And the piece of hair falling also makes her look younger, by the time they are done with her she will have pig tails and a sailor suit on.

I am just sitting here wondering WHY all the post trial arguments now. I have decided they KNOW she will be convicted and they are setting up their appeal basis by arguing for the penalty phase prior to the trial.  They are either going to plead her out (which I believe Mason why Mason was hired) or they are planning on letting it go to trial; her be convicted and then scream bloody murder that it was an accident and she was in such post trauma she did not know what she was doing.

They can't 'plead her out' unless she agrees to admitting 'something bad happened' and she was responsible. That won't happen. She has brought the farce this far and she will see it through. There is no way she will ever admit to any wrong doing.

yes, plus this is as much about the attys as it is about her. Their agendas are all personal.

Miz, you took the words right out of my mouth!   Even if Casey caved & her attorneys attempt to give a plea offer, I highly doubt the State prosecution would accept anything less than life.  As far as I'm concerned that shipped sailed, came back to the marina & shipped out again...too little too late.   In certain respects due to Bozo & company's constantly agitating the prosecution with bogus accusations & snide remarks, this prosecution team won't be inclined to accommodate their request.

The prosecution has NO REASON to accept a plea bargain of life without parole except to save the taxpayers the expense of a trial. It is obvious they are holding back some information which will cause the jury to determine pre-meditated murder so why take anything the defense wants?  I think that is WHY BOZO is so intent on going to trial - He KNOWS she is DONE..............and he wants all the publicity he can milk out of this one.

She keeps going back to that "motive" in seeking the death penalty. I have a feeling it is MONEY............I think there is an insurance policy out there the defense does not know about.

I absolutely and completely agree with you Turbo.

Because I had to work today I wasn't able to see the hearing today but I'm a day late and a dollar short.  I was very intrigued by this series of comments and I am hoping that someone in the know might explain what this may be all about.  I was not sure if maybe the defense knows there is possibly a life insurance policy, or if it is the state or maybe both?  Is the policy you're discussing on Caylee or Casey?  Who would be the beneficiary?  I thought I read early on that LE determined there were no policies but maybe one was "dug up?"  Thanks for any clarification on this issue.

Might be too sensitive to hear death penalty/suicide discussion (poor baby).  Might be the family dynamic cycle coming full circle, the one where he's the bad guy, CinCin sides with kc . Might be he's finally had enough of the kc show dominating what's left of his life. Might be on some media jaunt since Conman didn't appear to be there. Might be figuring out that bus is bearing down on him.

Yesterday, it seemed to me that he wasn't speaking to Conman, and then waited until the courtroom cleared to buddy up to him.
It'll be interesting to see if he shows up at the next hearing.
