Lynn Redgrave Dies at 67 - After a Seven Year Battle of Breast Cancer

Lynn Redgrave, 67, has died. She comes from a family of English actors and is well known from her movies and plays. She will always be remembered for her free thinking; ahead of her times portrayal of Georgy in the movie, "Georgy Girl" (1966). Lynn Redgrave has appeared in numerous other films and on stage.

Lyn Redgrave died in her Manhattan apartment on Sunday night. She had been treated for breast cancer in 2003, but there is no word on the cause of her death as of yet. She was the sister of Vanessa Redgrave and aunt to the late Natasha Richardson, who died a year ago from a head injury while skiing.
