This is not the reaction of a confident attorney. He has told us that his client may be guilty of something, but just not "felony" murder. This suggests that he knows that Haliegh is dead, and that Tommy has had a part in her death, in that he may be guilty of another category of "murder".

Another POV on this is that perhaps Timmy and/or his attorney believes that a felony murder had occured but that he is claiming that his client was not involved at that level.

Don't think so, over crowding in that jail and clear cut and dry case, time to get it done, move on to next case.

Best any of these people can hope for is man/min sentencing, those with more than one charge concurrently. imo.

Don't know how Misty will make out with charges in 2 different counties, might be in for a very long time dunno.

Poor HaLeigh, she is lost in all this mess.

That is so true, yes HaLeigh is lost in all this.  She is in better hands now imo.

Werter stating last night that what ever happened to HaLeigh is too gruesome to talk about, makes me want to scream to the high heavens.  Whoever is responsible should never get to see the light of day.

I know she is, just wish they would find her body, really upsets me that people can be so cruel to leave a child out there somewhere. EVIL.

From what Werter said or didn't say last nite, I am thinking he believes that Joe is responsible for what happened, he said something like "someone being arrested" and Joe being skinny, well we know Joe is the only one not arrested well Timmy too. but I think he was talking about Joe.

Werter kinda dug a hole back during the search and believes TC. Guess he didn't listen to earlier tapes with TC saying he didn't know anything and wasn't going to make some something up, which IMO he did in the end. I guess he does have TC's poly results though, who knows, might not have been any questions about Joe on poly.

Unfortunately no. I even tried to retrace my steps but to no avail. It was a group forum though and I believe it was a post from Papa. For some reason even though I unselected it two tabs open and if I close one I close both and only one web address shows in browser history.

The Haleigh Cummings case continues to seemingly meander. The focus at the moment appears to be on the drug case. But I know for certain that they are still working very hard on the search for Haleigh Cummings. That was very clear from an email I received from a member of PCSO that I hold in great respect.

I do not believe that it was Snodgrass that made that statement. I believe that statement was made by one of RC's uncles.

Also I do not believe that Snodgrass is related to any of these characters.

I won’t bother you with the details, but while searching for missing Haleigh Cummings Cobra attempted to revoke the bond of an accused sexual predator, Daniel Snodgrass. This action had a cascade effect, finally resulting in Cobra facing 15 years behind bars on a felony charge. 15 years is a long time for anyone, but for a man in his fifties, it is particularly daunting.

Cobra has indeed had his Bail Bond license reinstated. However his excitement was quickly tempered by the fact that now the state wants to yank his PI license. Citing some little known statute, the Department of Agriculture (yes you did read that correctly) wants to revoke the PI license.

Tommy will be sentenced for the 11/09 drug charge where he was found sitting in his vehicle, asleep, by the bus stop.  The most recent drug charge... he will be sentenced July 16.
