God Bless Cobra who went out to find Haleigh and get answers also for the Cobra tapes but this Middleton to me is a rumor along with the rumor of someone being pregnant that he implyed one time on BNN. I don't know if he saying this to ruffle feathers or simply received the wrong information..

Imho, HaLeigh looks like Crystal and TN. She has TN's hair.

To me the part of Simon's article that was interesting was the part regarding the political faction. 

The item regarding HaLeigh's bio dad was just a throw in for sensationalism, imho.

I honestly can't say Curly, but I hope that  whatever happened to HaLeigh will come out between now and August.

Alexaklr This has been one of the most emotionally distressing cases of my 20 year career. But I stand by my oaths, the Bar, law enforcement and military, that everybody is entitled to those rights. Even you. However, the only thing that Tommy is guilty of, is succumbing to his own fears. Monday morning quarterbacking rarely is applicable."

People forget that under Steve Brown and my guidance, Tommy came forward to law enforcement to shed new light to find justice for Haleigh. Tommy has been living under a cloud of fear and spiraling drug use for the past year. Unless you are in the midst of all that is going on in this case, it is hard to give an accurate viewpoint. Responding to a couple of comments. First, the Sheriff's Office has admitted to interviewing Tommy but leave out alot. Remember, if it's you in the hotseat, you'd be call for your rights! Second, I am aware as to the time of year and the behavior of FL alligators. My backyard is full of them. You're right as to the temperature but broadening all the circumstances and feeding habits to get a clear view of the situation."

It was in the jail tapes between Tommy and his wife. They mentioned 3 yrs or up to 44 mos.

I would say that was Tommy and Lindsy wishing and hoping at the time of that visit.

I don't know if you have listened to the tape where Tommy finds out that Hope got fitteen (spelling purposely), and insinuates he would/will off himself if he has to do that amount of time.  I wonder if Judge LaRue will have that tape played during Tommy's sentencing.  And for that matter will Judge LaRue have any of Tommy's tapes played where he expresses his disdain for the local LE.

"602redroses, this is why I am up at 4:30 am. One never knows about the truth for sure. But Tommy's rendition pretty well matches up with some other information recieved. In this job, you can always be surprised. Its my job to do my best to seek it, its all attorneys' job."

@KrisDeleon01 Sory, new to youtube and haven't gotten it wired yet. I will rpresent Tommy thru the whole matter. If you have been following this case, theCroslin have stated who the real person of interest is and his violent nature. othing to do with the sheriff's office. "

Another side note of interest, Jason Jolicoeur, Special Agent with FDLE, who at one time was assigned to the Haleigh Cummings case, could use our prayers!

His 4 year old son Ayden has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer when doctors discovered a tumor on his spinal cord. Called glioblastoma and it is at an aggressive grade 4. There is no cure. There is no shrinking the tumor. The chemo is the best bet to keep it where it is.

If chemotherapy isn’t successful, the family will try proton radiation therapy. All of the treatments and expenses to take care of Ayden will be a heavy burden on the family.

Driver Buries Evidence after Crash

Palatka - On Friday (7/9/2010) a Palatka man was arrested on drug charges resulting from a traffic crash investigation. Anthony W.
