FORUM NEWZ: Yet another shocker as the Haleigh Cummings candle site is desecrated

Shocker should be changed out for the words “low point” … but the beat goes on with the two sides of the Haleigh Cummings case going personal with other posters. We’ve all become used to the posting battles, snarks, out right hostility – even for some – twitter assaults (lol), but when a “case” stirs such emotions as to go on a rampage and desecrate a missing, likely murdered child’s site – WTF is that about? With multiple ways and places to state one’s opinions, likes and dislikes about this case, the forums, the posters – why go to Haleigh Cummings’ candle site where her family reads? If the Haleigh Cummings online community has advanced from an online posting in forums and on twitters group into an online “cult” specializing in raising as much hell as possible – we are in for some rough days as this case drags on without answers. Best get ready for it if your stomach and heart can take it!!!

Which one is the candle site?  Is it shut down now?  Unfortunately, these types of online battles are nothing new.  Do you have a link to the candle site?

Brandi- Yes, that is the main candle site, and it's the one on Haleigh's Gratefulness Candle thread here at Scared Monkeys:
http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=5688.msg877713#msg877713  The candle site you are referring to is in that thread.  However, there are three (3) pages of candles there, and the offending candle messages are on page 3.  There are at least 2 candles that are offensive, labeled SUX and SUX2, and both are under the same site you are citing, just two pages over.  Go to the main site you are citing, then go to the bottom right of the page, and click "next".  That's page 2.  Click "next" again, and you get page 3, and that's where the candles that are being discussed are.  I hope it stops though.

She is apparently talking to a guy named Ben. No idea of their relationship. He did say that Levi Page called him. And she said she does not even know him, among other "bloggers." Nor does she trust them.

Ben sure did give her calm, sensible advice though. He sounds like a good friend.

Sounds like it was recorded back in March.

She says if she gets the mandatory minimum, she will be 70 years old when she gets out.
