That's a darn good question.  Little hussy gets to wear street clothes during court appearances, while these folks don't.  Makes you wonder.

On top of it they are about a size or two tooooo small.

I think they fit fine when they were issued to them. lol

Speaking after a hearing before Circuit Judge Terry LaRue in Palatka Thursday morning, attorney Terry Shoemaker said Cummings, 26, will likely agree to plead to three of five charges. Each of those three charges carries a minimum mandatory prison sentence of 15 years. A judge could order them to be served concurrently for a total of 15 years in prison

Heart ~  I am not a legal begal when it comes to the court proceedings, happenings, etc.  But, I just know that Ron was scheduled AFTER Misty ... and now the judge changes her date ......  They did take the depos from the Det/Lt. on June 1 ... but again, not sure what is taking place.    I just hope that Misty gets a chance to tell ALL she knows about Ron and not hide anything, after all he will not hold back anything to do with her to save his own ass.

Gave some thought as to just what type of letter Annette Sykes would have written to the judge.  Sure, I was curious .. but of course it hasn't been posted.  So, I jotted down some of my own thoughts as to just what it may contain.

REMEMBER THIS IS MY LETTER AND MY OPINION ONLY. 

Dear Judge (?)

First of all, I sure wish the other Judge was going to hear Ronnie's case as he was always the one that ... let Ronnie off with just a little slap on the hand. Now we have to contend with you and not being mean or anything, but the Cummings and Sykes, really don't care for you.

See, Ronnie has been my protector since he moved in with me. He always has a gun loaded, in every room, incase any of those druggie guys that he owes money to come after him. He is ready for them ... and ya know... he would shoot them if they came to the door.

They are always hangin' around my place trying to find out just where Ronnie hides his drugs and pills. They haven't found them yet, as Ronnie has a secret hiding place underneath my trailer, and those guys don't know anything about it. We fooled them, didn't we??

Ronnie likes to shower every day, sometimes twice and being in jail he is limited as to how many showers he can take. I sure wish you would give him some extra special consideration and let him shower twice a day, as his shorts are always full of skid marks .... he always did have a problem shitting himself when things were going tough for him.

So, that is all I have to say Judge. I do hope you will consider my security and welfare and be lenient on Ronnie and let him out on the street again.

Actually Ronnie is a really good boy, just so happens when he and Misty teamed up to sell the drugs, she set Ronnie up... big time.

Gave some thought as to just what type of letter Annette Sykes would have written to the judge.  Sure, I was curious .. but of course it hasn't been posted.  So, I jotted down some of my own thoughts as to just what it may contain.

REMEMBER THIS IS MY LETTER AND MY OPINION ONLY. 

Dear Judge (?)

First of all, I sure wish the other Judge was going to hear Ronnie's case as he was always the one that ... let Ronnie off with just a little slap on the hand. Now we have to contend with you and not being mean or anything, but the Cummings and Sykes, really don't care for you.

See, Ronnie has been my protector since he moved in with me. He always has a gun loaded, in every room, incase any of those druggie guys that he owes money to come after him. He is ready for them ... and ya know... he would shoot them if they came to the door.

They are always hangin' around my place trying to find out just where Ronnie hides his drugs and pills. They haven't found them yet, as Ronnie has a secret hiding place underneath my trailer, and those guys don't know anything about it. We fooled them, didn't we??

Ronnie likes to shower every day, sometimes twice and being in jail he is limited as to how many showers he can take. I sure wish you would give him some extra special consideration and let him shower twice a day, as his shorts are always full of skid marks .... he always did have a problem shitting himself when things were going tough for him.

So, that is all I have to say Judge. I do hope you will consider my security and welfare and be lenient on Ronnie and let him out on the street again.

Actually Ronnie is a really good boy, just so happens when he and Misty teamed up to sell the drugs, she set Ronnie up... big time.

My, oh my....I was stunned when I first looked at those baseball-sized cheeks on Miss Misty!

She's got that same thing going on as Ron does...gaining weight.

Didn't we learn that some of the drugs that are given to addicts to wean them off drugs actually cause the body to swell some....wonder if this is what's going on with Misty??

Through experience with my son weaning them off of drugs can cause weight gain but alot of the anti-depressants can cause weight gain and / or water retention.

I agree -- I could tell when my daughter relapsed and her weight dropped.  Since she has been through rehab she has probably gained 40 pounds.  Part of it is the anti-depressants but I think part of it is the addiction moving from the drugs to food.  The addictive personality never fully goes away; it just moves into hopefully less destructive habits.
