Misty's Friend Pleads Guilty In Drug Case
Donna Brock Faces Between 15, 30 Years In Prison

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Donna Brock, a co-defendant of Ronald and Misty Cummings, has pleaded guilty to a drug trafficking charge.

Brock, whose sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 1, faces between 15 and 30 years in prison.

Police said surveillance video showed Brock involved in the drug trafficking.

Brock is a friend of Misty Cummings, the last person to see missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings in February 2009.

Ronald and Misty Cummings and Hank Croslin Jr., Misty's brother, are all being held on drug charges unrelated to the Haleigh case.

Investigators have said Haleigh is most likely dead, making it a homicide investigation.

A 44-year-old woman with connections to the case of missing Haleigh Cummings has pleaded guilty to drug trafficking in St. Johns County.

Donna M. Brock of Orlando was recorded in an undercover investigator's car with Misty Croslin, who called police when 5-year-old Haleigh disappeared in February 2009.

The two were arrested during a month long sting that resulted in the arrest of five people in separate drug buys, including Haleigh's father Ronald Cummings.

Brock and Croslin were charged with trafficking at least 28 grams of oxycodone in a sale involving 155 pills for $800 in January, according to charging documents. Today, Brock pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of trafficking in between 14 to 28 grams of the drug, according to court records.

She is scheduled for sentencing Sept. 1. The reduced charge carries a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years, according to state guidelines.

Brock befriended Croslin during the search of Haleigh, who has still not been found and who investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office have said they believe is dead.

A Putnam County man convicted of lewd and lascivious battery on a child in 2002 has been arrested on charges stemming from the possession of guns by a felon and trying to sell three pistols.

A federal grand jury indicted Charles Durwood Ingram on charges that he knowingly possessed firearms in and affected commerce after he had been convicted of a crime punishible by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

That same grand jury also indicted his wife, Dale Ingram for aiding and abetting him.

Ingram was the owner of Chuck's Bail Bonds, but then signed the business over to his wife after his conviction.

The ATF also alleges Ingram made a false claim by completing a sworn statement  that he sold the guns (a Hi-Point, 9 mm pistol, a Taurus  .45 caliber pistol and an Intratec .22 caliber pistol) prior to being convicted of a felony offense.

That him and Chris Middleton 'seized'$40,000 or so from a mexican drug dealer in cresent city. Turns out the next day he showed up at the SO with his attorney wanting his money back. Its funny the SO admin knew nothing of this money. The end of it was Middleton got kicked off of the vice unit and John got moved later on down the road. Merchant isnt all he is CRACKED UP to be. Merchant definitely has his own ways and means...taken off the drug unit, now working with another title within the SO.....is it having friends is high places or is he a friend to others low places???? The PCSO is a joke! Oh, and check the recent jail log. One of the PCSO's wives is listed on 8 or 9 counts for trying to obtain drugs posing as a doctor's office or a rep of a medical faciilty.....and the crap continues like a soap opera.
