Anthony Charged With Murder In Death Of Daughter, Caylee

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony was injured Tuesday in a fall at the Orange County Courthouse, according to the Orange County Corrections Department.
Local 6 News has learned that Anthony chipped a tooth and busted her lip in a fall after exiting an Orange County Corrections Department van at the courthouse.

Orange County Corrections Department spokesman Allen Moore said Anthony's restraints became entangled and she fell forward, but escorting officers were unable to catch her before she fell.

Moore said the incident appeared to be "purely an accident," and Anthony was taken to an undisclosed location for medical treatment.

Orange County Corrections Internal Affairs will conduct an inquiry into the incident, which is routine procedure.

Anthony's defense team was made aware of the incident, and attorney Cheney Mason waived her right to appear at the hearing.

Meanwhile, Judge Belvin Perry heard arguments on four motions, including one dealing with the death penalty.

Anthony, 24, is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in a wooded lot in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008.
Last month, the prosecution revealed the reasons they say Anthony should be put to death if she's convicted, including that the murder was committed during another crime -- aggravated child abuse. The state will also argue Caylee's murder was especially heinous or cruel.

Perry ruled on Tuesday, however, that the state does not have to be more specific as to why it's pursuing the death penalty.

Anthony's defense attorneys also argued that her defense could be compromised if the jail discloses expert witnesses who may be visiting Anthony and her jail visit records should not be made public, but an attorney for Orange County Corrections said the jail has 94 inmates facing capitol offenses and Anthony should not be given preferential treatment.

Perry said he would rule on that issue some time next week.

Perry also denied the defense's request for grand jury testimony from George Anthony and for a recorded interview of a Texas Equusearch volunteer.

Perry noted that the case has been going on for nearly two years and there are deadlines.

"Let's get it done," Perry said.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty, claiming that she left Caylee with a baby sitter and the two were gone when she returned to pick up her daughter.

I started reading this but had to stop when I read this, Cindy Anthony took some meds inside the hearing I believe they where Alive.    This chick is so off into another world. Well obviously the Alive, didn't make Cindy too Alive today in the courtroom. Now off to finish the rest of this mess.

When I first Arrived at the court house it was a few minutes after 1pm. First we told it was going to be on the 19 th floor. Than at 205 pm we found out it is the top floor. I meet a girl name misty she is a student from tech school writing a story about Casey. When we walk in the court we sat in the front row, their where no seats really. I was told we had to move, the bailif ask if we where attorneys. I said no; I said hi To Cindy Anthony and I sat behind her by Bob Kealing and wesh attorney. Briefly said hi to Bob Kealing he is always pleasant.
The hearing was really long I could not hear Jose Baez for the most of the time. The court reporter had a long time hearing him as well. The hearing last 2 hours and 20 minutes. Cindy Anthony took some meds inside the hearing I believe they where Alive. Holly Bristol sat in the same row as the Anthony's. She kept giving me a evil look. She is one nasty reporter who talks to other news reporters about me. She is mad because I would never add knowledge her. With the money she makes she should get her teeth fix, JMO!
After the hearing talk with Jose Baez I ask him a few questions. The main one I ask was why are you avoiding talking with Will C? He gave me no answer, than again outside I asked Mr. Mason. Don't you think it's important to the case if someone donated 20,000 to help find Caylee? He told me this is the first he is hearing about this.Will* has been mailing email to Jose Baez but never responds to any of them. I asked him why and what are they hiding? He said good question I don't have a answer for that right now. So let me guess they are going to go think of a answer. Than they I will asked again next time.
After talking with him I was approach by some blogers. A guy name Jeff that is trying to marinade dave off of world press. He gave a petition paper to me.

Why would anyone write for the world to see when they so obviously cannot write at all?

Okay, monkeys, I'm finally back.  I had to leave at the beginning of the hearing to take my father-in-law to the emergency room.   
So I'm going to go read what you smart monkeys had to say and try to watch it.
(He's going to be okay, sinus infection causing vertigo and dry heaves.)

I hope he feels better soon, I've battled same way too many times with a chronic condition & at its worse it can be debilitating.

O/T - if you aren't watching the ROV footage, now would be a good time.  They are getting ready to make the large smooth cut.  I have been following for 3 days now and they have pretty much been working 24 hours a day on this.  Let's pray it works.
