Too bad she's spending all that time trying to grow her hair out, it's not flattering...she looks much better with the bowl cut...at least she looks like she's got eyes.

Hi everybody.  I am not a frequent poster, but have been a member for a long time, and I was watching today's court hearings, and I had a question and thought somebody here would know the answer.

While watching the judge deny motions, he and the attorneys frequently mention decisions made on certain cases.  They seem to have a running memory of every single case ever decided on and can call it up in a second.  How do they get that info, specially the judge, as he is sitting listenting to the arguments, is he typing something into a computer and somebody on other side of computer is pulling up cases that have to do with what he is ruling on? 

Oh, also you guys had me laughing my hiney off before watching those wonderful pics of, ESPECIALY THE TOOTH ONE AND THE PENGUIN ONE.  I so wish I was there to laugh my arse off while she was down on the floor crying.   

I love this judge and all his denials.  OMG, they need to be slapped, how many motions can they file and how many times can they refile the same dang motion?  How does any case ever get finished if they can keep refiling motion after motion after motion.  I cannot stand it.  There has to be an point where there is no more times that they can file that motion. 


They all need t-shirts that say Waaaahhhhhhhh on them.  Biggest babies ever this duh-fense team.

Casey Anthony misses court after falling

ORLANDO (AP) - An Orlando mother charged with murdering her 2-year-old daughter missed a pretrial court hearing Tuesday after she suffered some minor injuries in a fall at the courthouse.

Casey Anthony, 24, fell before entering the courtroom when her hand and leg restraints became entangled. She fell forward, and officers escorting her were unable to stop her fall, officials said.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and has said a baby-sitter kidnapped her daughter, Caylee. Her trial is set to start next May.

During the hearing, which was held without Anthony present, her attorneys asked a new judge on the case to reconsider a previous judge's ruling that keeps the death penalty as a possible sentence if she is convicted.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry denied their request for more details supporting prosecutors' decision to seek the death penalty. Prosecutors have listed five aggravating reasons for why they are seeking the death penalty: the especially cruel nature of the crime, the victim's age and Anthony's relationship to the victim as her mother among them.

Perry ruled prosecutors have satisfied their obligations.

Anthony's attorneys also tried to prevent the media from seeing records of who is visiting Anthony in jail, reasoning the records might reveal high-profile witnesses the defense does not want publicized. Perry planned to rule on the motion by next week.
