Anyone else think the defense this whole time has been about delay delay delay.. then at the last minute will plea out? 

Definitely I do.  Wonder if Casey is playing nervous breakdown and is in the care of whatever they do in the jail when this happens. Might explain why Cindy looks the way she does.

See this is a bone of contention with me, it doesnt matter what the defense wants - at this point the State does not have to accept any offer.   If they ask for a plea deal now the State will know even more so to go to trial.

IIRC there is no address or driver license numbers posted on the visitation log.

This woman is an attorney not a worker at the jail. How can she know whether they copy the DL or not?
Anyway, we see from visitor logs that it just lists what the visit is ...ie. attorney, etc.

Mason was talking on his way to the mic.  Now he doesn't even step up to the mic.  What's next, is he not even gonna bother to stand up? 

I think they should mic those who are gonna mumble and not bother to speak into the mic.

Mason and Bozo both are lying about the log. I am positive they just ID to verify they are who they say they are.

I  had to laugh when the judge asked Jar to pass the papers to his clerk and she would then pass them to him.

Did you see the look CJBP shot him?   It was an expression after he said he did extensive research & it was like "Checkmate."   He is not going to interfere with the jail's policy, its well documented that a judge cannot do so unless there was a violation.
