According to CJBP's own rules, Mason broke one by not coming to court prepared.   Citing a case and not have that to rely on right at your fingertips is ridiculous.

Is he going to pull that "Ol Man" crap through out the trial as a ruse for being unprepared? This isn't the good ol boy system, it's a court of law. Do your damn homework and show up prepared, end of story.

Anthony did not attend Tuesday's hearing as expected. It is unclear why Anthony was absent during the court proceedings.

Judge Belvin Perry summoned a court reporter and the lead prosecutor to his chambers before the hearing to meet with the defense. It is not clear why the judge called for the prosecutor to meet with the defense.
