Anthony did not attend Tuesday's hearing as expected. It is unclear why Anthony was absent during the court proceedings.

Judge Belvin Perry summoned a court reporter and the lead prosecutor to his chambers before the hearing to meet with the defense. It is not clear why the judge called for the prosecutor to meet with the defense.

My guess (and it is only a guess) is that Judge Perry wanted to make sure it was okay with both the defense and the prosecution that court proceed without Casey.

According to CJBP's own rules, Mason broke one by not coming to court prepared.   Citing a case and not have that to rely on right at your fingertips is ridiculous.

Now digging thru his papers and turning his back on the judge, while the judge is speaking.  Doesn't look like he is even paying attention.  All ways IMO to show complete disregard and disrespect of the judge.  Sad that he's getting away with all this bullchit.

Interesting the motion is about George's GJ and he is absent, snit its probably not because he is working considering they said they cant get work (interesting if all of a sudden he did, ey)

This motion to unseal....I think it will be a split.   The prosecution gets the transcript but it will remain unsealed as public record until trial.

Escorting officers were unable to catch her before she fell. She is currently being seen by medical personnel in an undisclosed location," Orange County Corrections spokesperson Allen Moore said in a release. "Based on all information available, this was purely an accident."
