The state quickly did just that, listing five of the possible 15:

   1. The victim was younger than 12 years old.
   2. The victim was particularly vulnerable because her killer was her mother.
   3. Murder was committed during aggravated child abuse.
   4. Murder was cold, calculated and premeditated.
   5. Murder was especially atrocious.

Still, the defense argued that was not specific enough, and they need more information.

Deaf in one ear and wont hear out of the other.. ?? Or just without conscience ?
Just doing their job ?

I am not a lawyer but it reads pretty clear to me.
She is screwed

Beside the obvious....the motions denied and of course Kc fall go boom....what was a highlight for you?

I loved when BOZO whined cause that bad ol State added more witnesses and he wants JP to tell them to STOP!  LOL

Sure would like to know why JP asked the attorneys to report for a side bar beside the court reporter???? at the end of the hearing

No, I didn't see Bill Schaeffer, either.

Although foiled again, I thought Bozo did a pretty decent job today (and not because he's my FB friend!). Jar was nothing but a big foghorn, blowhard bully.
It's such a pleasure when Linda DB speaks. I love her wit and the way she is so articulate when she speaks. Bozo, Jar and the rest of the scheme team, can just bore you to death. There oughtta' be a law!

Nope.

I never got a clear shot of Caylee's side at all.

Actually never saw a shot of that side of the courtroom.

In the very beginning (I think before the judge came in) they show Caylee's side.  Some womans cell phone rang and she left the room.  That was the only shot I saw.

I would bet last dollar that the trip and fall was intentional.  Casey's thinking she can sue to get more money to pay for her defense.  Not sure but it seems that if there is an ongoing litigation over negligence on the county jail part.  Possibly going to get her too late for court, and having to rush her over there.  this may be a means to delay her trial date further?  Anyone know for sure?  I would think Murder by Grand Jury would take precedence?

Her self-inflicted injuries happened at the court house not the jail according to reports.   She cannot sue, there is no negligence or third-party responsibility.   She is an inmate wearing shackles as standard operating procedure, no different than any other inmate being transported.   It is not the obligation of jail employees to play "catch me if you can" with a slut strutting slore thinking way too muckin fuch of herself.   It will not delay her murder trial in any shape, way or form.

It is on record that Casey already expressed that she no longer wanted to attend her hearings, I agree & expressed earlier the same view that she did this intentionally.  I'm not saying it isnt possible that this was just a mere misstep on her part but due to her previous second request it does raise an eyebrow.  She is a manipulator & is extremely calculated so it not within the realm of possibility that this was a plan on her part.
