A nation-wide network of researchers has sprung up to attempt to fill in the blanks, but at every opportunity Obama’s high-priced lawyers have built walls around various records or simply made them disappear. It is estimated that Obama’s legal team has now spent well over $1.4 million dollars blocking access to documents every American should have access to. The question is why would he spend so much money to do this?

The president who campaigned for a more “open government” and “full disclosure” will not unseal his medical records, his school records, his birth records or his passport records. He will not release his Harvard records, his Columbia College records, or his Occidental College records—he will not even release his Columbia College thesis. All his legislative records from the Illinois State Senate are missing and he claims his scheduling records during those State Senate years are lost as well. In addition, no one can find his school records for the elite K-12 college prep school, Punahou School, he attended in Hawaii.

Quote
And, according to attorney Gary Kreep, “his Occidental College records are important as they may show he attended there as a foreign exchange student.” Indeed, Obama used his Indonesian name “Barry Soetoro” while attending Occidental. Kreep has filed lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be president and as part of his lawsuit he requested Obama’s records from Occidental. However, Obama’s lawyers quickly moved to stop Occidental from honoring this request.

Furthermore, now that at least three document authentication experts have declared the scanned “Certificate of Live Birth” Obama’s campaign team gave to a pro-Obama website to be an obvious phony; we know that he is hiding something here as well.

Over 49 separate law suits have been filed on the eligibility/birth certificate issue alone, with several of the suits making it all the way the United States Supreme Court, only to be denied a full hearing.

Quote
What’s more, there are questions about how he paid for his Harvard Law School education since, despite a claim by Michele Obama, no one has produced any evidence that he received student loans...

Quote
More recently, it was discovered that Obama’s Selective Service card may have been doctored. Federal law requires all American males to register for the Selective Service (the draft) in case a major war broke out.  Blogger Debbie Schlussel has discovered solid evidence that Obama’s Selective Service registration form was submitted not when he was younger as required, but rather in 2008 and then altered to look older. Indeed, the forgers forgot to alter the “Document Location Number” which shows that it is clearly a 2008 form. This is fraud and it’s a felony and Schlussel allegations are backed up by Stephen Coffman, a former high-ranking Federal agent. Moreover, the document shows a September 4th, 1980 date and the location of the transaction as Hawaii, but at that time Obama was thousands of miles away attending Occidental College in Los Angeles.

Nine people were indicted Wednesday on federal charges of accessing President Barack Obama’s student loan records while they were employed for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa.

The U.S. attorney’s office said a grand jury returned the indictments in U.S. District Court in Davenport.

All nine are charged with exceeding authorized computer access. They are accused of gaining access to a computer at a Coralville office where they worked between July 2007 and March 2009, and accessing Obama’s student loan records while he was either a candidate for president, president-elect or president.

...

Those charged are Andrew J. Lage, 54, Patrick E. Roan, 51, Sandra Teague, 54 and Mercedes Costoyas, 53, all of Iowa City; Gary N. Grenell, 58, and Lisa Torney, 49, of Coralville; Anna C. Rhodes, 32, of Ainsworth; Julie L. Kline, 38, of West Branch; and John P. Phommivong, 29, for whom no hometown was listed.

If convicted, they face up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine.

It's highly unlikely that snoopers found anything interesting. Obama has said that he left college with about $60,000 in debt, which he paid off by 2000 or 2001. Financial disclosure forms he has filed since 2005 show no outstanding debts.

What loans were he and Michelle still paying off when he was on the campaign trail?

What kind of jail time and fine will illegal aliens get for stealing and using the identities of others?

What kind of jail time and fines do those who rip off identities get?

Tough on crime only when it involves Obama's past?

Nine people are accused of accessing the student loan records of Barack Obama, when he was a candidate for president, president-elect and president.

Andrew J. Lage, 54; Patrick E. Roan, 51; Sandra Teague, 54; John P. Phommivong, 29; Anna C. Rhodes, 32; Gary Grenell, 58; Lisa Torney, 49; Julie L. Kline, 38; and Mercedes Costoyas, 53.

They are charged with exceeding computer access. Each faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine, if convicted.

I wonder if they found anything interesting? Obama still hasn't released the following: Passport records, kindergarten records, Punahou School records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago scholarly articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records & schedules(said to be lost), Medical records, Obama - Dunham marriage license, Obama - Dunham divorce documents, Soetoro - Dunham marriage license, Adoption records and of course the long-form Certificate of Live Birth.

I think we should wait and ask Barbrady for those things if she decides to run for the job as leader of the free world. All of those things she lists should be open for scrutiny prior to being hired for such a position.

Hoo boy. Some employees at Vangent illegally access Obama's student-loan records, are rightly indicted for it, and next thing you know, the birther crowd is out.

Look! Is that a black helicopter I see hovering over Coralville!?

Exceeding computer access. Looking at someones paperwork. Year in prison and $100,000 fine.

Why were they granted access to this record in the first place if they were not supposed to see it?
What penalty would they face if they accessed an ordinary persons record?
Is this a personal vendetta to protect a powerful politician that would not apply if it was a regular person?
Did the people accused of this crime even MAKE $100,000?
Were they committing identity theft, or distorting the presidents true record for their own political agendas?

Maybe I dont fully understand what they are accused of, but it sounds like they are being crusified for finding out too much about a powerful politician.

THE PRESS RELEASE:

DAVENPORT – U.S. Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt announced today that the federal grand jury in Davenport has returned indictments charging nine individuals with accessing the student loan records of President Obama without authorization.

Specifically, the indictments allege that at various times during the period running from July 26, 2007, through March 13, 2009, the defendants, while employed by a contractor for the U.S. Department of
Education, intentionally exceeded authorized access to a computer, and thereby obtained information from a department and agency of the United States.

In this case, the defendants are alleged to have accessed the student loan records of the President of the United States, without authorization, either while he was President, President-elect or a candidate for the Presidency. This would be a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1030(a)(2)(B) and 1030(c)(2)(A).

If convicted, each defendant faces up to one year in prison, a fine of not more than $100,000, or both.

Arraignments in federal court in Davenport are scheduled for Monday, May 24, 2010, at 2:00 pm.

The nine defendants listed below were all employees of a Department of Education contractor in Coralville, Iowa, at the time of these alleged offenses:

Andrew J. Lage, 54
Patrick E. Roan, 51
Sandra Teague, 54
John P. Phommivong, 29
Anna C. Rhodes, 32
Gary N. Grenell, 58
Lisa Torney, 49
Julie L. Kline, 38
Mercedes Costoyas, 53

U.S. Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt reminds the public that each charge is merely an accusation, and that each defendant is presumed innocent of each and every charge until and unless proven guilty.

This case is being prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa. The case has been investigated by the Department of Education, Office of Inspector General.

OWA CITY, Iowa -- A Department of Education contractor in Iowa says it had fired nine employees who now face federal charges for accessing President Barack Obama's student loan records.

Vangent Inc. spokeswoman Eileen Rivera says the workers were fired last June after the company learned of what occurred.

...

Authorities have not said why the nine employees sought access to the records or if the information was then used in any way. Rivera also would not comment on that.
