Quote
It was difficult to take seriously the Mexican Foreign Ministry’s announcement that it plans to retain attorneys in the United States to represent people targeted by Arizona’s immigration law.

On Wednesday, the Mexican consul in Calexico, Pablo Jesus Arnaud Carreño, and Gloria Romo, a member of the Institute for Mexicans Abroad advisory board, staged a press conference to make the announcement. It was kind of ridiculous, and a bit out of line, in our opinion.

There’s much to be unhappy about with the Arizona law, and citizens of the United States and cities of this country have the rights under the Constitution to voice their concern or approval, even issue their own boycotts of Arizona. But we have serious issues when other countries begin doing this, especially when the hypocrisy over the argument coming from Mexico is so thick.

Mexico is a country that can’t take care of its own, simply put. And the fact that illegal immigration is such a problem for the United States is a direct result of that. The corruption, and as a result, the economy and public’s safety, will always drive Mexicans from their homeland in search of a better life here. That life they seek comes at a cost for this country, which has to deal with the problems associated with illegal immigration.

What’s more, Mexico is no shining beacon of human rights to take umbrage with Arizona’s laws. On its southern borders, the mistreatment of Central Americans is a documented occurrence. Amnesty International recently warned the world of a “major human rights crisis” in Mexico in which officials ignored or played a part in the rape, kidnap and murder of Central American immigrants.

Mexico needs to clean up its own act before it comes on American soil carrying a big broom. It hurts the credibility of the messengers and the message.

THE ISSUE:

Mexico Foreign Ministry will hire U.S. attorneys to represent those affected by Arizona law.

WHAT WE SAY:

Mexico has its own serious problems, and should consider those before taking umbrage with U.S. laws.

WHAT DO YOU SAY?

One of the things most Americans are not understanding with the subject of Mexico and its people is this fact..
MEXICO is RICH With resources and job opportunities.
Americans need to comprehend how many manufacturing plants exist in Mexico and how much oil is produced in Mexico. How much GOLD and other minerals as well as Agriculture. Mexico has a class of well educated people too. There are millions of Mexican citizens who are employed each and every day in decent paying jobs.
Jobs in manufacturing of ..Nissan..Volkswagen..Ford.. John Deer Tractors, Many electronics companies and software developers. Sam's Club and Office depot as well as Sears and almost everything you see in America exists in Mexico..
Everything WE HAVE, THEY HAVE..

So Who is coming here illegally ?? Criminals and the poorest uneducated people who are often victims one way or the other and all of them have there hand out.

They are not running from an oppressive government. There is opportunity in Mexico and plenty of education offered for free as well as medical care given for free to its poor citizens.
Doctors visits are cheap in Mexico if you can pay for it. But a doctor in Mexico is Not a doctor inside of the United States because of the AMA .. Who control Medical $$ in the United States.. There are plenty of well educated Doctors in Mexico.

Americans really need to wake up.. You are being played, it is like Americans are to ignorant to understand because the Politians and Media will not tell you the truth..

I traveled all over Mexico over a 6 year period to get my information and I interviewed many many Mexican nationals to establish my opinions.

As always this is just my humble opinion.

y/w

Here are some things Mexico needs to work on..

1. infrastructure .. city supplied clean water is the most important,
2. Landfills with full separation of recycle items, a recycle program that pays cash for items.
3. A clean up Mexico campaign as it is one of the filthiest nations on earth, everyone drops garbage everywhere. People need to be trained to clean up Mexico.
2. County and National Parks with full protected campgrounds for average people to stay in.
The average Mexican citizen does not roam 60 miles from where they were born.

Just those few items would employ a million Mexican people that have little or no education.

Here are 2 common stories..
1. The police are being attacked.

2. The people are fighting back in vigilante groups to protect themselves and there familes from criminals..

Most of a small Mexican town's police force has quit after armed men ambushed and wounded two of their officers.

The resignation of six of the 11 municipal officers in La Union Monday evening comes after several other Mexican towns have seen mass police resignations because of cartel violence or threats.

State police in Guerrero, which La Union is located, said Tuesday that it has deployed 20 of its officers to patrol La Union until further notice.

The resignations came two days after their colleagues were ambushed and left La Union's police force with five members: the chief, the deputy chief, an officer in charge of weapons logistics and the two wounded officers who are hospitalized.

=============================================================

In Mexico State, on the outskirts of Mexico City, authorities said Tuesday that residents of a town beat a man death on suspicion of robbing a young couple of 200 pesos (about $16) and a cell phone Monday.

The suspect and an accomplice allegedly held up the couple with a knife and what later was found to be a toy gun.

About 300 people pursued the two men, caught one and beat him so badly with sticks and fists that he died in an ambulance, officials said.

The federal government and the state governments have almost no control over crimes at this point and the military is more corrupted then both of them so they ae little or no help to the people.
