I see the older boy with the clef chin and the weak eye....do you see that in the younger child's pictures...?

And is that really a clef chin?  maybe a scar.  as well as the weak eye.

Looking at the chin, I feel strongly that is Arlin.

Ok I could be completley wrong here but I am under the impression Devlin moved into the Kirkwood apartment with Shawn and Shawn only. I think somewhere I saw the time when he moved in there.

I believe Devlin moved into that apartment in 2002, the same year Shawn was kidnapped.

There's been talk of it you probably missed.  Sounds as though there may be some computer records that show Devlin was following the case?  Wonder if it was Michael Devlin or Shawn following the case?

I just wonder if Shawn might have looked into a lot of missing children cases, wondering what the odds were of him being found with all the other missing kids.

I don't think he was in to girls, but as the article points out, he may have been linked to the search, etc. of Bianca in order to learn evasive tricks in regards to those he abducted...

Yes, once I saw the Devlin item in regards to the Bianca Piper search, I started googling  

I in no way think he abducted her.  There is the potential that it was a case study for his future usage.

Case in point.  I once had a very expensive purse stolen, with credit cards, passport, etc. inside.  By the time I was done with all the questions, I was alerted by the investigators that I now knew too much information in regards to techniques used in stealing property that my name would be on a list.
