May 18, 2010 (WLS) -- About 44,000 Giraffe Security Blankets sold at Target have horns on the giraffe's head that can detach and cause choking.

The plush blankets have "I Love You" embroidered on them and were sold under Carter's "Just One Year" label.

You should take these blankets away from children and contact the manufacturer for a refund.
