HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A pair of young boys have gone missing from a southwest Houston apartment complex and officials hope you can help find them.
Two boys, ages nine and ten, were last seen around 5pm Monday while playing at their apartment complex in the 6300 block of Dumfries. The boys are currently listed as missing persons cases. There's no immediate word on the relationship between the boys, or the circumstances surrounding their disappearance.

Rossel Perelta, 9, is described as a Hispanic male, 4'4" and weighing 70 pounds. He has green eyes and black hair. Rossel was last seen wearing a white and green plaid shirt with unknown pants.

Jaime Ortega, 10, is described as a Hispanic male, 4'9" and weighing 105 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Jaime was last seen wearing a baby blue striped polo shirt and blue jeans.

If you have any information on these boys, you're asked to call the Houston Police Department's missing persons division at 713-731-5223.

There's no mention of Jaime Ortega in this article.  The first initial article I posted was 6/1/10 1:18 p.m. and mentions both boys missing.  I haven't seen anything saying Jaime's been found.  This article is dated 6/1/10 1:51 p.m. and only Rossel is mentioned.

Houston police searching for missing 9-year-old boy

Authorities are searching for a 9-year-old boy who went missing Sunday in southwest Houston.

Rossel Perelta was last seen by loved ones at the apartment complex where he lived in the 6300 block of Dumfries about 5 p.m. Sunday. He was playing in the complex.

He is about 4 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 70 pounds. He has black hair and green eyes. He wore a white-and-green plaid shirt, but the color and type of pants was unknown.

Anyone with information about him or his whereabouts is urged to contact the Houston Police Department Missing Persons Division at 713-731-5223

Missing Houston boys found at SW Houston grocery

Two boys who went missing Monday afternooon in southwest Houston have been found, Houston police said today.

Rossel Perelta, 9, and Jaime Ortega, 10, were found a grocery at about 2 p.m. today, police said. Both were taken to a hospital for observation.

The boys were  last seen by loved ones at the apartment complex where they lived in the 6300 block of Dumfries about 5 p.m. Monday. They were playing in the complex.

They were found at a Food Town at Braeswood and Fondren, police said. The circumstances of their disappearance have not been determined.
