Wasn't it Joran's brother Val that we heard had said he'd bashed her head in with a baseball bat?

Yes, he said Joran cut her head off above the eyebrows.  Consistent with description of a head wound from something like a bat.

And something about her being in their bathtub?

I have never heard this before.

I remember the part about her being in their bathtub.  Wasn't there some sort of photo or something circulating?

What about Guido.

That would make sense with my theory of the disposal night (the next night).  Remember Guido's quad was seized from his parents' house, after he had already fled to the NL?  Since hearing what we did from Kyle, I have suspected it was Guido on his quad that dragged the cage to the water with the boat waiting.

Couldn't even begin to guess at what connection he could have to the extortion/wire fraud charges though...

Then there was the Myspace friend, I think it was of Vals friend.  The two girls, I think they were twins had a photo on their site that was a bloody body in a bathtub with a comment about Natalee.  It was early in the case before we knew to screen cap and or save stuff.

I'm still here, lurk as time permits.  I still think what I think and know what I know.  As early as Oct 2005 Granny Toad and I had discovered things were disappearing from the internet.  Interviews that were two parts reduced to one.  Two page interviews reduced to one page.

So anything that happened two or three or more years later doesn't matter all that much to me as I don't place much credibility in it anyway.  I remember what happened at the time.  Cut off her head above the eyebrows according to Val.  Corpse in bathtub from local chats and the blue girl, etc.

No Sloot, no justice.  Games by disinformation agents or people trying to sell something.  All goes back to KISS theory that we knew two weeks after Natalee disappeared.

Because somebody says something doesn't make it a fact.

I am praying for a miracle as I think that may be what it takes now but fortunately I do believe in them.

Yesterday, I was looking in from work and I must say that I felt very sad that this girl, Stephany Flores Ramirez had to endure what she did. I came home and cried. Oh, I wanted Joran arrested as must as anyone, but not for another crime like this. He is off the streets and he will not be a danger to any girls again as long as he lives.

I am also happy to see that Robots is smoking the cigar and that Terry D is still on his bicycle. Waving hello if you are reading this. You know who is missing and I hope that she is still around to have seen this is Tylergal. So many more have dropped in and it was just nice is all.

And perhaps the no sexual assault on Stephany was because killing her is how he got his gratification this time?  Or maybe he truly does have impotency issues...........hmmmm I think it's time for Aline and Melody to both step forward with their sexual encounters with him.  We already know the Aruban Stephany (can't remember her last name) accused him of drugging her...

I disagree.  I think he planned this entire murder.  He let the world know exactly how he killed Natalee from beginning to the end (casino, drugged, murder and the weapon he used).  In his sick mind he thought he was going to get away with it.  But this time he picked the wrong country and the wrong family.  He picked a father who has as much influence as his own father.  JMO.

San, I agree completely with all of your thoughts.  I just wonder at the difference in the sexual assault vs no sexual assault.

I've also been thinking about the Hotel.............remember Joran and Co used to get a room at the Marriott (and one other hotel, can't remember which) to party in?  And Deepak even admitted in one of his statements to ALE that they have taken tourist girl(s) back to those hotel rooms.

I wonder if they took Natalee to one that night....

When he lived in Aruba he didn't need a hotel room he has his own apartment.  Also in Aruba it was all a game to them at the time until something bad happened. He never intended to sexually assault Stephany because he had a point to prove.

Also regarding the bat.  He didn't need to travel with a bat.  I'm sure he bought one at a store or even gave a kid a few bucks for his bat.
