Cabinet chief, Javier Velásquez Quesquén confirmed that Joran Van der Sloot, Netherlands citizen accused of murdering the young Stephany Flores, come to Lima in the early hours of Saturday, RPP reported.

Velásquez Quesquén referred also to the citizen Dutchman is transported by land guarded by the Police and explained that could not be used to move aircraft from Tacna to Lima, as these are used to carry persons who participate in the fortieth Assembly General of the Organization of American States, to be held in the capital.

The alleged murderer of Stephany Flores is taken in the middle of a police convoy. It is unknown whether by plane will arrive in Lima.

Well that would definitely make sense.  Interesting that it's US authorities doing both these raids.

Planning to charge him in the US for Murder maybe?

**Question - since the extortion and wire fraud crimes were committed before the murder of Stephany, could the US have first grab at him?  Are the FBI moving so fast to be able to include a murder charge if/when they get him onto US soil?

I just wanna point out that OUR FBI IS/HAS BEEN INVOLVED People doubted it as I recall.

Hello to my fellow Monkeys, past, present and future!

The Set Time Has Come

At Last!

We always have said that he would do it AGAIN, and that he would not elude Justice when he did. It has played out like we all felt it would so many days, weeks, months ago. What a long and circuitous route we all
have traveled, following this case and hoping that SOMEDAY we would see this. I had to smile last night when I tried to get on here and the board had crashed... just like back in the "good old days".

When we first started this effort.

So long it has been, so many things we all have gone through. A lot of changes for all us, specifically because OF this case. The efforts the Monkeys have carried out the last 5 years to find missing young people here in America, spurred on by the search for Natalee and for the truth about what happened to her.

5 long years it has taken, but Joran's hubris and arrogance finally caught up with him. It strikes me that we all have had a lot of events in our lives, yet we have remained the same in dedication to this cause... just like Joran has had many events take place in his life... but he is still basically the same murderous punk he was 5 years ago.

I look forward to the coming days as we come together again in reunion and remembrance... and in CELEBRATION! How fun this will be to watch!

when this case started, someone brought up a case about St Croix. Seems to guys got murdered on a golf course. Two tourists. American tourists.

That was the end of St Croix.

And Aruba didn't learn from that incident.

And today - five years later - they have lost billions, their reputation is worse that anywhere in the Caribbean, and they would do it all over again, that's how stupid they are down there.

St. Croix looks like DisneyLand compared to Aruba.

In fact, Fallujah looks like Disneyland compared to Aruba.

Alleged murderer of young Peruvian arrive in Lima in early morning
   

Lima, June. 04 (ANDINA). The Dutchman Joran Van Der Sloot, the alleged murderer of the young Peruvian Stephany Flores is being moved by road and arrive in Lima in early hours of the morning, said this afternoon the Cabinet chief, Javier Velásquez Quesquén.

He said that has been transported under tight security and will be placed in the hands of justice for their respective process.

"A few hours was placed on the border with Chile at the disposal of the Peruvian authorities, we were unable to assign an aircraft of the Armed Forces because they are programmed for the organization of the OAS General Assembly and decided to move by land," said .

He added that it would be dangerous to bring on a commercial flight, so you are traveling with all the security of the case and arrive early hours of morning to be delivered to the appropriate authorities.

He said that if it proves to be the true responsible of that crime will be severely punished.

Van Der Sloot is required for allegedly killing the Peruvian Stephany Flores (21), whose body was found dead in a hotel in Miraflores.

Also been linked to the death of another young woman in Aruba five years ago, whose body was never found.
