Just in Dutch NOS news: interrogations of Jurine start today.
It's a 'national' case: even the president is involved in the procedings.
The tone of conversation gets sharper.
Father of the girl wants to start a campagne to get the youth of the street (he thinks they go out later and later). He feels guilty of not being able to protect his daughter.

Interrogations to begin now is going to be interesting. I can't imagine Joran has had much sleep since the murder. He should be rather easy to crack, IMO.

They're doing psych-war on Joran.  I bet that puffy face we saw was due to lack of sleep.  Humiliation - wet/pooped pants.  Pants on the ground (well, almost and he was struggling to hold them up).  Humiliation - parading him up and down in front of about 75 reporters and photographers.  Reality - many people meeting him, angry and yelling at him, etc.  Psyche-war...just before interrogations.  Gotta' love it!!!

My hinky meter is softly ringing over the 2 cups of coffee he bought. He's a more experienced murderer than before, and I think he probably bought 2 cups to use in his defense.

Joran van der Sloot has denied murdering Peruvian woman Stephany Flores, according to the head of the Chilean police investigation, Fernando Ovalle. The 22-year-old Dutch man, who is also the prime suspect in the disappearance of US teenager Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005, has only admitted knowing the woman, Peruvian media report.

Joran van der Sloot was seen with Ms Flores, the daughter of well-known business man and racing driver Ricardo Flores, at a casino at the weekend, she was later found dead in a Lima hotel room. Joran van der Sloot was arrested in Chile on Thursday after a massive police operation.

On Friday morning, he gave a statement in Spanish, which police say he speaks fluently. He claims he can only remember going to the casino with Ms Flores and later being arrested, says the police chief.

I'm not sure the Kalpoes have a thing to worry about........ as much as I'd like them to! I honestly believe that Aruba is going to carry this charade out until the end. As long as they don't step foot off that island, I'm thinking they're as cozy as a bug in a rug. I also think Joran was too, but boy when he stepped off of that rock with murder in his heart, that last step was a DOOZY!!

I did not see a PURSE or bag of any kind on Stephany as she followed him into the hotel.  Wonder where it is?  She had the money in it.

I notice when he leaves with backback and sportsbag? he is wearing dark trousers, jeans maybe - and a colorful striped short sleeved shirt.

When he left the country his drivers said he was wearing shorts and a white shirt.  He must have changed clothes again...in a washroom or something.   All in an attempt IMO to change descriptive clothing in fear of
being identified.  He could not have known, how much time he had to get out of dodge.

Oh must go back and look to see if shoes are shown.
