I have just learned  that Joran Van Der Sloot is now the suspect in the disappearance of 2 Colombian women. 2 girls disappeared from a casino in Columbia.

When Joran left Aruba on May 10th, with the  15,000 dollars in extortion money, he flew to Columbia for 2 days prior to Peru. Officials in Columbia are so convinced he is involved in the disappearance of these 2 young woman,  they have boarded a plane to Peru to question Van der Sloot.

Art just called because I told him  that Natalee’s Body Been Found earlier .
He said he didn't get any other phone calls today so he doesn't believe it's true but you never know .
Also as far as Joran is concerned who ever has caught him first, gets him first ,unless the Netherlands  makes a deal with peru..

"Possible false confession Joran" AMSTERDAM - Joran van der Sloot may have under pressure a false confession to the murder of Stephany Flores. That says his Dutch lawyer Bert de Rooij.
Under De Rooij Joran shortly before his confession in a telephone conversation with his mother indicated that he was afraid of the interrogation methods of the Peruvian police, he told RTL Nieuws. The crying Joran would have called such methods "barbaric."

De Rooij van der Sloot represents in this case, but he advises him.

Joran, quit being a whiny, crying, BEOTCH!  You ain't in Aruba NO MORE.  You think the Peruvians interrogation techniques are barbaric????  Your murdering ways are barbaric.  You had no mercy on two defenseless young women... we have NO MERCY on you.

AMSTERDAM - Joran van der Sloot may have a false confession. According to lawyer Bert de Rooij has his client shortly before he allegedly admitted that he has slain Stephany Flores, called his mother. In that telephone conversation Van der Sloot would have complained that detectives put him under great pressure.

"Joran told his mother in tears Monday that he was interrogated fairly barbaric conditions. The police were under him for forcing a confession. His mother was very concerned about, she told me Monday night. Meanwhile I heard through the media that Joran few hours after the conversation with his mother allegedly admitted that he has been killed Flores. Therefore I wonder whether that confession may be false, "says De Rooij. According to international media, Van der Sloot Flores announced his last Sunday in a fit of rage has slain in the Peruvian capital Lima. He would have caught her when she looked into his laptop and discovered that he played a role in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005. Van der Sloot, the police have told Flores that he has beaten, after which she broke her neck.


That's one of the reasons it's important that it was videotaped...deja-vu again...didn't he say the same thing about being questioned in Aruba? That's where all of the "they were so hard on Joran" came from?

BREAKING NEWS: IT WAS HOLLOWAY ATTORNEY JOHN Q. KELLY WHO SET UP THE MAY 10 STING

Following up on the tip I reported her last week that John Q. Kelly was in Aruba twice in May, sources have now confirmed to me that it was John Q. Kelly, the Holloway family attorney who set up the sting operation on May 10.

Here is how it unfolded:

Sources confirm that the plan started in early April.  Kelly was engaged in email traffic back and forth with Joran van der Sloot for some time prior to Easter Sunday.  Kelly traveled to Aruba on or about Easter, met with van der Sloot and began to set the stage.  Kelly was seeking information as to what happened to Natalee Holloway and was seeking that information for his clients, the parents of Natalee Holloway.  For reasons unclear, Kelly did not get the information on Easter Sunday but returned to the United States and made contact with the FBI.

Kelly, with the FBI, and with the assistance of  Aruban law enforcement, set up the sting operation for May 10.  A hotel room in Aruba and a car were both equipped with videotape equipment so that the crime could be caught on tape.

The plan was to tape van der Sloot extorting money from Beth Holloway via her lawyer.  Van der Sloot was given $10,000 cash (he counted it twice on tape) which is the extortion count and was wired $15,000 (wire fraud count.)  The FBI has all the bank information for the bank transfer.  The method of money transfer - cash and wire - was deliberate part of the plan in order to set up these two crimes.

Once the crime was committed on tape - it was -  the FBI planned to make arrangements to arrest van der Sloot.  The FBI arrest obviously did not happen.  Kelly spent several hours being taped with van der Sloot.  The FBI has the entire tape.  The Aruban authorities do not have the tape.

3 days after Van der Sloot was caught on tape committing the two planned crimes, he boarded a flight from Aruba to Colombia and on to Peru.  The Aruban Attorney General told me that the FBI was warned that van der Sloot was leaving the country but that the FBI did not move.

At no time after he left the country, per my sources, was Kelly told by the FBI that the FBI had "lost" van der Sloot.  Instead, Kelly was - it apears - mislead by the FBI into thinking an arrest was imminent.

After the murder in Peru, the US Attorney in Alabama unsealed an Amended Criminal Complaint charging van der Sloot with extortion and wire fraud (per the original plan.)  What is not known is what was Amended or when the original Criminal Complaint was filed (it was apparently under seal.) Both these pieces of information could be helpful in  better understanding what happened.

What is still not fully explained - is why the FBI did not act.  It appears the crime was "delivered" to them on May 10 and in the best possible manner: on tape.

Peruvian media write today that the body of Natalee Holloway is found. In the Netherlands there are several media that have taken over the news. Advocate General in Aruba Taco Stein denies that a body is found. "Nonsense," he says. The news was going to take pictures of an American couple during a dive off his own words, possibly the corpse of Natalee had discovered. In March this year, the OM in Aruba have examined the photos. At that time it was concluded that the "skull and bones" in the photo are, corals. Last Sunday the police received reports of a Canadian tourist couple was convinced that she had found the body of Holloway. They said they had seen bones lying near a water tank in Alto Vista. Agents with the couple went to the appropriate place, but only found garbage and carcasses of animals.

Joran is following the same pattern he did with Natalee.  He's complaining about the treatment he's receiving under interrogation. 
He'll be bloodying his lips next.
 
For those with concern about Joran receiving a light sentence.  I read
that his confession was not a confession that would render a short sentence because he gave it after he was taken in and after evidence has been found to implicate him. 

From what I read about his "confession" he has shown no remorse.  He has blamed the victim. . . that's what he does.

The Peruvian authorities do not want to be fooled - (as in Joran's past experience in Aruba)
He's done for.

A repeated bludgeoning of a victim, IMO, is not a crime of passion.

May justice avenge Stefany's death and through her, Natalee's.

My heart and prayers to Beth, as she goes about her work in Natalee's name.

WOW............GMTA................I had the same thought as I was reading that earlier. My thought was what if Stephany found that purse in his room. That could have caused him to "have" to kill her to keep her from telling. I just don't buy the computer story for some reason because of the time it would take to get into a computer and he only went to get coffee.
