When you answer off topic... you have actually answered the question.

A none answer - is your answer. I find it amazing that she has watched where
these same tactics have landed Joran - yet she continues to follow him over
the cliff.

If Aruba notified the FBI that Joran was leaving Aruba on May 13th and Interpol can prove he was in Colombia on May 6th, wouldn't that prove that Aruba gave Joran a week to get out of "dodge"?

Remember that Peru does not cut a deal for a confession unless they first need the confession to solve the case.  They don't.  Second, the confession has to be honest and sincere and able to be verified.  Joran's isn't.  So just for confessing, Joran is not going to get any special deal.

IMO and how I read the conditions for confessions.  Joran's just doesn't meet the criteria for reduction of sentence.

thanks Anna.....I still think that Stephany's father would OK a deal (not sure what kind of deal.....I have several ideas on that) if joran gives up the location of Natalee......he has a lot of power inPeru...that and pressure from the Netherlands and Aruba....I just dont know....but NOTHING will surprise me....  I would have bet the farm that joran would never have confessed.....I'd have lost the farm

Maybe he was going to take back his confession and then realized when he came to from his alcohol-and-drug-induced, state that Poppa was not there to help him lose the paperwork and tape recordings.  I just heard Shep Smith discussing with attorneys how bad the prison is to which he will be sent.

He grabbed her throat and then hit her.  The confession came after 10 long hours of investigation.  The NL is discussing whether or not it was illegal.

i fear more will come from the past 5yr or older dates
the first time i heard way back about the dog,i knew then something was wrong with joran, IE animals incite, ah how cute, not a feeling to brutalize

Yes, we heard reports earlier, but that is the first I heard that investigators were being sent.    Good point just now, if he was there hopefully he will be caught on surveillance tape as well.

all they need are his entry and exit travel visas into and out of Colombia.

When you enter and exit you sign papers and your passport is scanned.

it's recorded.

It would be very very easy to see if he was there on the dates in question.

you check it, double check and then triple check it - then you send investigators to Peru.

you don't check it, double check and triple check THEN send investigators to Peru UNLESS the dates are in sync.
