This case kept me up into the wee hours of the morning. I am so confused by many things in this case.

The whole divorce and RO, first off why now? I know lawyer bills but you know there has not even been an arrest. I think Terri is not screaming out because she is mentally done. I had said a few days ago, I am surprised she hasn't blown her brains out by now. Guilty or not, the pressure must be hell. Are they trying to mentally break her down? If the poly showed she has some responsibility in this, why didn't they arrest her? Something is off, there is a detail missing.

To me it just seems if Terri was so unstable or into drugs or gambling, having an affair this would have been seen by those around her. Does a husband normally know when his wife is having a problem to this extreme? Maybe they did and this is why it is easy for them to believe she could have done this to Kyron and turn against her? Ugg this is a confusing one, very complex family.

I keep coming back to the same questions. When and if Kyron was walked to just outside of his classroom when the bell rang at 8:45 ,  was there anyone else in the the classroom? Was the teacher there? Was another person in the class? Or was it empty?
Kyron was next seen at 9, why is that not being considered? Why did the chaperon tell the teacher that she was missing a child? What time did she say this? Was it at 9 or at 10? Why did the teacher say perhaps he was in the bathroom or getting a drink of water rather then first thinking of the doctors appointment? She had been given the papers to fill out supposedly a few days before and was told the appointment was on the 11th, did she already return the papers to Terri? This whole part just makes me wonder, I don't get it, we must be missing something.
Who were the teachers that said they saw Kyron with Terri at the science fair and just thought they left together? Why would they think that? She was just walking around the science fair as other parents were. What was different about Terri and Kyron as they walked around that made them feel kyron and Terri left? Was she walking out the door with him? Did she tell these teacher about an appointment? But if she was planning to take kyron and pretend he was kidnapped, why would she be so stupid as to say he had an appointment that morning? That part gets me too. It doesn't make any sense.

Good Afternoon Monkeys and guest!

Was hoping kyron had been found when I came in today, but sadly that has not happened.
In reading back I have seen several times it mentioned that Kaine filed his divorce papers and RO at 6 Pm. If you look at the top of the divorce papers the stamp says it was filed with the clerk of court on 10- 6-28 PM 3:5 ....the last number is not showing . From what I have understood Terri was served at 6PM not that Kaine filed at 6. The RO was stamped filed at 10-6-28 PM 4:39.

Thanks Darla!  It helps squelch the rumors flying around the net when we see the date and time these were stamped filed.  We do know from a reporter who happened to have been there at the time, that Terri was served at 6p.  Everyone involved from the courts/judge/sheriff sure did haul @ss in getting all the necessaries done and served, all within 2 hours or so, eh??  Nothing short of a miracle, IMO.  The speed itself is what makes me sit up and go WTH?

Cuz I've been there, trying to get just a TRO done and served, and it freaking took the whole dang day, and wasn't served until an agonizing 24 hrs later.  During which time I had to 'pretend' nothing was gonna happen.

Questions! I am curious about something when obtaining an RO on a minor is it served to the parent or to the minor? I am thinking the parent or guardian but I am not sure.

Any idea if Terri is still gonna have a public statement? and when it may happen?

She better get crackin' or she may be making that statement in defense of herself in about 12 months the way things are goin'.
The Oregonian went to interview her today and they were turned away at the door by her mother.  Her mother said she was not at home.  My educated guess ... she's finally meeting with a lawyer ... and we will be hearing from him/her if we hear from anyone ...

SERT activated in search for suspected armed robber

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police have closed a portion of East Burnside while they search for an armed robbery suspect who is on the loose.

SERT has been activated.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, U.S. Marshals attempted to arrest the suspected armed robber but he got away. Police believe he is still armed and in the neighborhood.

Anyone who sees him is advised not to approach him or contact him. Instead, call 911 immediately.

Hi everyone.

Hoping today is the day, but I am not confident about anything.
I sure hope Wyks' guy has success where the huge SARs intense searches did not.

Is there a pic of Mr Oakes, or website?

Brandi, I am swiping your adorable froggy pics for the pb if you don't mind.
btw, and this is for anyone I have swiped pics from... all my titles were lost from the albums at the end of March. That is why nobody is credited, there was over 2 years of work lost and no way am I going to be able to recover that. Very sorry about that.

Here ya go - http://www.blogger.com/profile/06284313256338970860 Link credit goes to Wyks!
