okay seems richard neil horman and Neil R horman are the same person
same birthdates.  Same addresses and same address at kristian S Horman who is born 1977, who is the one in jail now. 

so it looks like neil might be richard neil, but still not sure if that is the same in the mason photo.

but I found richard neil horman is an author and a couple of his stories are downright eerie when you think about this case. 

 if you look at all of the names and the content and subject matter of some of these stories, just really eerie...

one is about going out to look for a frog and getting lost.  and when someone goes to find him they see a foot print.  just downright weird.

Just catching up after falling behind in my real life last week. All I can say is OMG so much has been covered here in a short time! So many different directions, my head is spinning....

Hey, Wyks- we need you here!! I so enjoy reading your post and your honest insight in these cases. Take a day to go pull some weeds and get back here! (monkey hugs)
I do not know a whole lot about what you were exposed to in the past but know the subject of masons is personal for you. I have read a little about the speculation of Masons and their activites. But I must share this with you: When my youngest son was hurt in a kitchen accident and burned over 38% of his body, we were sent to the Shriners Burn Hospital in Galveston. C*** was only 8 months old and there were no pediatric burn hospitals in my state. The Shriners Doctors and Nurses have been my angels on earth. They saved my son and I am not exaggerating in any way. These incredible doctors and nurses gave me back my son to hold and kiss again. Without them, I do feel he would be with us today. When, we first arrived, I tried to give my insurance card to them and the nurse said to me, "No, mam,we do not take your insurance. There will not be any charge to you and we will care for C*** till he is 18 years old." If it hadn't been for the Shriners, our insurance would have maxed out and we probably would have lost our home. We did pay to be airlifted to Galveston ($15 K) but that was nothing compared to what it cost while he was there. C*** has alot of scarring on the chest and his arms, but his little face is beautiful because of these doctors. He is your normal little 7year old and I thank God everyday for the state of the art care the Shriners provided and continue to so. I know this may contradict what you believe about some of these groups, but for me it would be hard to believe the Shriners but good in this world. The things I saw in that hospital were nothing short of miraculous. I felt like the entire staff were there doing Gods work and saving injured children. I do think these cults exist, but I can't believe anything bad about the people who saved my son. I just wanted to share that experience with you.

someone by the name of Kristian Horman was arrested yesterday for child molestation in Snohomish County...not sure if this person is related to Kyron or not, but he is being held without bail..i am working on getting a link..they are talking about it over on insessions..

As the search for 7-year-old Kyron Horman continues, one of the most puzzling aspects has been rescue teams’ repeated and intensive searches of Sauvie Island.

The island is more than five miles from rural Skyline Elementary School, where Horman was reported missing June 4. But rescuers on horseback, on foot and in dive teams have repeatedly scoured the island beginning around June 10 and continuing this week — even after Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton called off other major search operations last Sunday.

WW has learned that federal, county and city law-enforcement officials say the reason for the search of Sauvie Island is that cell-phone records reveal Kyron’s step-mother, Terri Moulton Horman, may have been on the island the day he disappeared.

And as searchers comb the island, law-enforcement officials say the investigation is increasingly focusing on the step-mother, because of problems with her account of what she was doing the day Kyron went missing.

This information comes from five separate law-enforcement officials from agencies at the city, county and federal level. To our knowledge, none is directly involved with the investigation.

But several said they’ve heard the same or similar accounts from multiple officials in the law-enforcement community. All agreed that Terri Moulton Horman has become a main focus of police attention because of problems with her story.

Four of the sources say they’ve heard Horman’s story doesn’t jibe with her cell-phone records from June 4.

Cell phones send off a signal called a “ping” to the nearest cell-phone tower when the phone is in use. With the help of cell-phone companies, law-enforcement officials and rescuers can use those signals to locate people (there’s an explanation from the Chicago Tribune here).

Horman has been the source of public speculation since early in the investigation. She reported seeing Kyron last in a school hallway about 8:45 a.m., when she says she was leaving him at the school and he was on his way to his homeroom.

Skeptics latched on to the fact Horman wrote on her Facebook page she was “hitting the gym.” To some, that seemed out of character for a parent with a missing child. Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office officials explained at a news conference that they’d told the family to continue their normal routine and try to stay healthy.

Members of the family spoke out for the first time publicly at a news conference June 11, but they did not take questions from reporters. Terri Moulton Horman is the second woman from the left in the photo below. She’s seen comforting Kyron’s biological mother, Desiree Young.

I have said from the beginning that SM's story did not make sense to me. I really think that something is wrong in the story. I know people are saying that she posted the gym comment because she was told to go about her normal life while the police were investigating - sorry, but I MAY have gone to the gym to work off anxiety but I would not post it on facebook.

DD are you saying that he has been in jail all this time? 

no I don't think he has been in the jail all this time, have jessstar read the court order up at the top of this but I believe he was released early on after the warrant and arraignment, then he got sentenced yesterday and taken into custody because he was sentenced. 

but let jessstar confirm that is what it says.  I am pretty sure he was out.

This makes perfect sense, TG.  It's to cover those situations where an adult "causes" minors to engage in sexual activity for the "adult's" sexual gratification; in other words, so he/she can watch.

This is pure speculation, but I have been wondering WHY the older brother (James) went to the grandparents and, if the SM had asomething to do with Kyron's disappearance, WHY? Then, I read the post about the Northwest Tales (good post, btw) and I got this crazy idea.

Sexual Abuse victims often becomes an offender
SOs often marry women with children
The tales are called "Tokens of Trust" (a SO's MO)
The 3 kids in the stories are Richard's grandchildren - 2 STEP grandchildren (Quinn and Micaela) and one (Meagan) who I assume to be Kristian's, but not sure.

What if Kristian and Kaine were victim's of child abuse many years ago, Kristian gets arrested for it, the SM gets spooked and sends her own son away, then decides to "save" Kyron, the stepson she has raised from infancy. Save him by hiding him or even sending him to a "better place" - anywhere from a friend's place to the network of people who hide endangered children (explains the FBI involvement) to "heaven".

Would this account for the police originally characterizing it as missing, endangered child? Hinting it wasn't a stranger abduction? The seemingly strange behavior of the SM? Could this account for the teacher's behavior (who SM worked with as a reading specialist volunteer)? Could she have been aware that there was a problem in the home and was helping the SM?

IDK, but

I have always thought the SM's story was off and thought she either had something to do with Kyron's disappearance or knew more about it than the public was being told, but now I see where she could have a different motive, a good one even.

I think it is interesting also that one of Richard's stories is about Terri, the RED HEADED squirrel. I wonder what the plot of that story is?

That is my understanding. I just know that if my step kids (two of who are LOSERS) were missing I would not be able to function - even if it was just because of the he** my hubby would be going through. I just do not get her. I know people react differently to different situations but I do think there is a common thread for all human behavior.

FoxNews just did a spot on Kyron. They "confirmed" that stepmom is reportedly the focus right now due to inconstent statements and the cell phone pings on Sauvie Island. Of course, I imagine someone else could have had her cellphone, but maybe that's part of her inconsistency. What a strange case. Goes to show you how true it is that you can't judge a book by its cover. We learn that time and time and time again.
