FoxNews just did a spot on Kyron. They "confirmed" that stepmom is reportedly the focus right now due to inconstent statements and the cell phone pings on Sauvie Island. Of course, I imagine someone else could have had her cellphone, but maybe that's part of her inconsistency. What a strange case. Goes to show you how true it is that you can't judge a book by its cover. We learn that time and time and time again.

That sure is true, and this is a very strange case. I have been uncomfortable with the stepmother from the beginning.

This is such a sad case i dont feel he is still alive sadly. I see this happen so much all over, but this one is so close to home, very scary.

I am not sure if it has been answered or not but in regards to the step father poss being a medford detective, i have never met or seen him, i know A LOT of our detectives, related to a few, related to a couple cops here, and go camping with many of the detectives, pd, swat and all sorts of our LE and have never seen or heard of him.

Doesnt mean he for sure isnt a detective here just my personal experience

(June 18) -- The search for missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman is now focused on the boy's stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman.

Two weeks after the little boy disappeared from his Oregon elementary school, Willamette Week reports that investigators have determined that Moulton Horman was not where she said she was on the day her stepson vanished.

Hi Carrie, miss you also. It is very close to your home. Very strange case, I'm not sure exactly what the step dad does for a living, only about him being a policeman, I'm sure that is true and not a rumor, but don't know exactly.

Portland Tribune reports that parents and students of Skyline are being sent a questionaire, asking (among other things) if they saw Kyron in a white Ford F250 truck the morning he disappeared.

If you go to the site the Horman's both Kristian and elder WM R. Neil Horman are all over the site. It appears that WM R. Neil Horman is no longer on their roster. He is listed as previous year Master - he has been replaced as of 2010.

I think that on the very bottom is a photo of Kristian Horman - serving plates to the local Police and Fire personnel. They all look so friendly .. I wonder how friendly. Friends in High Places hmm.
I wonder why Kristian Horman was still allowed to be in his rank of the Brother's with his charges of molesting one of his own. ( even if it was a step child) He was a Deacon in 2008. 2009 He became a Jr. Warden. 2010 He is not listed on the roster.

All this brotherhood crap and power that these people generate by pushing themselves into places " such as the LE depts and schools" is just ... (I don't like it)
Not to mention the religious aspect that they create as if they are "holier than thou" and represent some type of worship within their " agenda/group". That they are untouchable and above the law.
... It all brings back " The Lawless and the connections of Wenatchee " .... uck. All of it. I wonder if this Mason Group had any affiliation with Kyron's school. ( of any kind)

Kyron's case will be featured in AMW this Saturday night.

People Magazine had Kyron's picture on the front cover. Not sure that it is so visible, since they have two bigger pictures of young and muscly guys. But, it's good exposure.

The Sheriff warns that some ******* people are pretending to be with the local search and are asking for donations from unsuspecting people.

The search is still centered around Sauvie Island.

DD are you saying that he has been in jail all this time? 

no I don't think he has been in the jail all this time, have jessstar read the court order up at the top of this but I believe he was released early on after the warrant and arraignment, then he got sentenced yesterday and taken into custody because he was sentenced. 

but let jessstar confirm that is what it says.  I am pretty sure he was out.

I am going to wait for a source outside of a "gossip site" or a blog to report that the step mom is the center of the investigation. I know Fox reported it but they were using that blog as information. I am going to wait. I know it is difficult to not react to this news, but as it is now, it is unconfirmed. Given this case has had so many rumors surrounding it, I think for me it is the way to go. Perhaps I am stupid, I don't know. I don't like to be reactive and then later have to feel like crap for pointing the fingers at an innocent person.

(1) A person is guilty of child molestation in the third degree when the person has, or knowingly causes another person under the age of eighteen to have, sexual contact with another who is at least fourteen years old but less than sixteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least forty-eight months older than the victim.

This makes perfect sense, TG.  It's to cover those situations where an adult "causes" minors to engage in sexual activity for the "adult's" sexual gratification; in other words, so he/she can watch.

Oh my god Jess that is so upsetting. This person, the uncle of this boy was charged with a crime of encouraging two minors to have sex? As he watched? He is a very sick man, very sick. WTH is wrong with some people!

The questionnaire was prepared by the Multnomah County Sheriffs Office. A copy was obtained by KPAM 860. It asks students about seeing Kyron at the school on Friday, June 4, and whether they saw him in a white Ford F250 pickup truck. Kyron's stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, owns a similar truck and took him to the school that morning. Media outlets reported that a white Ford pickup was towed from the Horman home several days ago, but sheriff's office officials said it was because of mechanical trouble. Snip..
